Every room they installed carpet in is now worn, shows every step, and wrinkled. We even had one room re-stretched and it wrinkled again. I saw a commercial saying their carpet had a life time warranty so I called. Ends up they only keep records for 7 years and we no longer had the paperwork. So much for the warranty. The employees weren't interested in making it right and were also quite rude. I'll never go back.

Not seeing any hanging area rugs, i reluctantly asked about area rugs and she/Karen threw us an answer I didn't expect..."we don't carry area rugs (per say) but we have a good selection of remnants you could choose and we would cut and finish for a custom area rug." Of course I thought this would be exspensive, right? SURPRISE, it was a little LESS than the box store!...AND for a very small bit more, we finished our scrap left (10' x 25") for a matching runner!?! We picked them up today and they are so awesome/beautiful! And, yes, we went back and ordered another for our basement rec room...UNBELIEVABLE!! I was told that yes they will do that, as part of delivery and set up, I purchased my furniture on that basis. Much to my surprise when the delivery guys got here, they said for liability reason they don't remove. I called the store and was told the sane, but they do charge $159 each piece to remove. I could have arranged to have soneobe here prior if I had known that. I have to give 0 stars for the store, I guess misleading customers for a commission is the way they do business. I do give the delivery guys tho 5 stars, they are a third party delivery team and they did an outstanding job. Fortunately the mattress delivery guys had removed the bed which they went above and beyond of what they needed to do. I had been planning on buying additional furniture from Ashley, but will no longer be doing that.
