They scrubbed the fabric too hard and hit our couch and loveseat against a ton of walls so when it was returned it was ruined. I called the office Both the associate Jordan, and the office manager Megan had an attitude problem. Megan essentially started arguing with me denying any damage. She was rude and would not let me speak.When I could get a word in I advised her that we would just file through renters insurance and they could deal with them. She laughed through next sentence and I hung up.

I was also looking to replace gutters, and he advised me that all of the gutters did not need replacing, which of course saved me money. They came on time, worked all day (finished in one day) and totally cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. I was also very pleased with his pricing. All in all, a great company!

Three weeks ago Jacob's Ladder came to my property for an estimate. I explained that getting the…read moreestimate was time sensitive, and the reasons thereof. They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.
