In the past couple of months and before meeting Jeff, we got the opinion of a couple of remediation/mold inspectors. They were very unclear with their answers. We even had one say they would do the testing after another company (whom they recommended) took care of the "possible" mold issues. We were utterly confused and felt violated by the very shady behavior we had seen so far. When I called Jeff, he was patient and took the time to listen while I explained to him our situation (possible moisture and/or mold in basement), he immediately came over to check on the issue. He diagnosed the problem we were having by doing some tests for moisture/mold. He called me while he was at my home, I was out of state at that time, and let me know what he had found. He then followed up with a written statement a few days later. We had absolutely NO moisture and NO mold! We would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat.
