Water was everywhere, and we had no idea where to start. We called Disaster Professionals, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work extracting the water and drying out the space. During their inspection, they discovered an ongoing mold issue that we hadn't even noticed. They walked us through the entire process, carefully removed the affected drywall, treated the area, and replaced everything so it looked as good as new. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure our home was safe. My insurance already sent them payment for an amount they said is reasonable, but Bingham is still trying to get me to pay the whole amount and threatening to put a lien on my house among other things.
