These guys are out of this world! They had this uncanny system where they would be on one job getting that situation under control and then be able to temporarily leave that situation to help get your emergency under control, and then be able to temporarily leave your situation to go back to the last one or to go attend to a whole new emergency. They are masters at spinning plates and from what I can tell (and from what all the reviews online say) they've never come close to letting any plate fall to the ground. I felt like my relatively minor emergency was their sole focus. But it was also reassuring to see them attending to other customers at the same time, because I was probably one of those other customers. The guys that helped me - Glen and Ryan - had the knowledge, poise, professionalism, and bed-side manner of world renowned surgeons. They were candid, informative, and super attentive. The owner of the company even followed up with me to see how things were going and to ask how his guys were. Absolutely care and service for their customers is obviously something that comes from the top down. They were unbelievably clean and tidy, quiet, and included me every step of the process. My emergency was just a minor toilet tank leak that had travelled from the upstairs bathroom and down the wall on the floor below, effecting the wall in my pantry and front room, but they were as thorough and serious about it as if it were a total flood or devastating fire: they were never dismissive of my relatively minor situation. They sealed off as much of the effected area as possible so that the blowers and dehumidifiers they left running for a couple days would be as unobtrusive and non disruptive as possible. My emergency occurred over New Year's Eve and they had no problem coming out to make sure everything was under control, even coming back New Year's Day to check up on things. One of the most unexpected and awesome things was the relationship they had with the State Farm claim adjuster I used and the construction company that repaired the damage. They do so much business that they have these close relationships with various insurance companies and adjusters that the process and handoffs were virtually seamless. They even went out of their way to be present during the claim estimate process to make sure the adjuster got everything right. I live in a 1st floor apartment in Boulder, CO, that took on some water in the recent flooding. My local hardware store connected me with these guys and they were able to help me the same evening I called. They quickly found water damage and mold I didn't know I had - I had only been concerned about wet carpet.
