I've always said everyone's definition of good food and cleanliness varies greatly but Tina and her staff go above and beyond. Their attention to detail is astounding. My baseboards have never been this clean (!!) and I'd even admit that I teeter on OCD when it comes to cleaning. Tina's Housekeeping didn't cut any corners when cleaning my home. Tina, the owner, is also amazing. Top notch customer service and she couldn't be anymore energetic and friendly. I've gone through more than a few cleaning services in the past but I've finally found one that I will not let go. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.
