He sent a guy out he looked at the job and he told me it would take less than an hour. I agreed and told him to do the job as I was expecting to pay $165/hour The job was completed in 47 minutes and then I am presented a bill for $550 I called Charlie del Ross and asked why he is charging me $550 he told me he will get back to me. I never hear back from Charlie, but his guy gives me a new bill for $450 and tells me Charlie took $100 off. Clearly this is a scam and I'm currently reporting to the BBB

We had 3 old toilets , none of which flushed right. Mike Pecora was the only one who replied in a timely manner. He and his assistant tried to fix each toilet and they were all so old, with outdated hardware, that we accepted his reasonable offer to replace them all. He replaced them all within 24 hours and did some other minor jobs while on site. A couple weeks later we called about a leaking water line in our fridge and he had a team at our door in about 15 minutes. They replaced old non-functioning parts and reran a stronger line in a more sensible way than the original. Highly highly recommend!
