They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

The company has now responded back saying I have accumulated late fees on top of not paying the "full" amount and is threatening to put a lien on my property. This is the tip of the iceberg; the company didn't finish the job at the estimated time provide and has now changed their Facebook page since finishing. Please save yourself the trouble and go with an actual company.

They main guy working on our project, Jose, was wonderful, he was very detail oriented with great communication. It is obvious that the team works hard to all stay on the same page to avoid miscommunications. They were great with making adjustments as the project required and quickly addressing any concerns we had. As they were doing the bathroom remodel and installing new exhaust systems, they noticed that our current exhaust system was dumping all the humid air from the bathroom into the attic (instead of routing it outside). We did not know this was happening. They corrected the issue for us, which we are very grateful for. They are not the cheapest but they also work to take the extra steps to ensure satisfaction in the project which goes a long way. Renovations are stressful but working with them made the entire process a lot more smooth and took away a ton of the stress.

My home was damaged by a water pipe burst in 2018. I was told by Target that the job should not…read moretake longer than 6 weeks to complete. It has been 27 months to date and it is still not complete. They were late or did not show up at all more times than I can count, knowing that my husband and I were having to take off work to let them on the property. They busted holes in my wall while replacing the flooring that has never been fixed. When cutting holes in the ceiling to replace lighting, they cut the hole to big and even after trimming out the light, you can still see the holes. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks. I have tried so many times to give these people the benifit of the doubt that they would be truthful and do what they were paid to do, but this is rediculous.
