    Someone give Bryan a raise, a trophy and a PHD in being a bada$$. Bryan was able to thoroughly in detail, assess all the water damage and mold created by an unprofessional HVAC installation in my attic by a top rated HVAC company. He took his time explaining everything in detail. A report was sent in minutes as well. He is highly knowledgeable in the HVAC industry as well, and was able to diagnose a series of missteps on the part of the AC company. He even provided me with a spray to help prevent mold. He was caring and patient as well. This company is lucky to have him He done made his mama proud.

It was Friday noon and Steven came over to see what was going on (summer time and Fridays are usually busy, yet he made sure not to delay). Thankfully he acted quickly. By doing so he prevented so much damage from happening (like redoing walls and ceiling and the worst (not that the others are that great..) - mold - which we managed to avoid thanks to his quick response. Steven is such a professional, as well as kind, accommodating, easy to work and communicate with. He explained everything thoroughly! Dried the walls as long as was needed to make sure all wetness is gone. He was available to communicate as much as we needed. We can't thank him enough. Steven was also very flexible with his schedule, to come over and check that everything was working well and drying up as expected. Last, but not least, the price was extremely fair (he did not charge more even though we needed all the equipment for extra 2 days). I appreciate his honesty and being very upfront about everything we were expecting to go through, procedure and payment wise. If you are looking for someone both reliable and professional - Steven is your guy! Thank you Steven for helping us get through this unpleasant time with such ease and least damage possible.

    My experience with AllWays Restoration and Construction, hired by my builder to repair water damage…read morein my new home, was extremely negative. Their marketing claims of being "Always Available, Always Prepared" are misleading based on my situation. It took them a full month after initial inspection just to begin repairs. Communication was poor from the start; scheduling dragged on, and nobody bothered to keep me informed when delays occurred. When the crew finally did arrive, they made the damage look even worse with their so-called "repairs." The quality of the painting and patchwork was abysmal and far below industry standards--crooked caulk lines, uneven paint, and visible defects everywhere. When I addressed these issues with Caiden Vail, the project manager, he claimed it would be corrected and personally supervised. That assurance meant nothing, as on the scheduled repair day, no one showed up and I received zero notice. An alleged "emergency" was given as an excuse for the no-show, but courtesy was completely lacking. After further follow up, Caiden once again delayed the job, saying he was too busy to supervise and suggesting I either accept the unsupervised, incompetent crew or wait indefinitely for him. This is not acceptable customer service. The company showed consistent disrespect for my time, failed to follow through on their promises, and demonstrated questionable competency at every stage. Bottom line: Poor scheduling, lack of communication, unprofessional repair work, and a project manager who does not deliver on commitments. I would not recommend AllWays Restoration and Construction to anyone who values quality, accountability, or basic respect for customers. Update: After my initial review, I received a public response from AllWays Restoration attempting to shift blame to my builder and promising personal follow-through. For transparency, I need to set the record straight: communications and scheduling were directly with Caiden, their project manager--not handled through my builder as claimed. Despite repeated assurances that my concerns would be corrected, nothing has been done. Caiden made promises, then went silent and failed to communicate or take any action to resolve the poor-quality repairs. The company's response here appears to be nothing more than lip service and impression management, with no real accountability or results. Bottom line: No repairs have been addressed, and the project manager stopped communicating altogether. Shifting responsibility to my builder is simply inaccurate and does not excuse the lack of professionalism or follow-through from AllWays Restoration.

Katie and Sid were excellent to work with..Katie helped us figure out the best order for remediation work, she helped recommend fantastic contractors for Clearance Testing and Build-Back, and she checked in with us/was on-site constantly. Also, I feel like they are top notch for containing the affected areas..they put up a zipper door, blocked off the areas under remediation, and ran air scrubbers constantly. Raining Kate's generally cares about what you are going through, they have excellent communication (And even coordinate with any other contractors to make sure everyone is on the same page), and they were overall wonderful to work with. Some companies just send people and you don't know if they're good or not. She's was on the job most days, if not every day, and had some family as employees as well. She was here so much it's like she became part of our family. We were never worried with her in our house. We had a tough and strict mold tester, which is what you want, so the project went longer but Kate was great about it and just kept pressing forward. If you want someone who cares about her business and her work, then at least interview Kate, and consider hiring her and her business. She was great.

Brad explained all the different options I had to improve the coverage and flow of the gutters and made sure all my questions and open items were addressed. The crew showed up and completed all work as expected and handled questions and minor requests professionally. When the first rain hit, the gutters worked perfectly with no leaks or overflows. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

When the Roto-Rooter supervisor came out that evening he gave me a whole song and dance about how they would work with insurance, it would be fully covered, etc. while providing me with quite a large range of estimate. At certain points he even said he was quoting "high" so it would help the coverage. The final invoice ended up being so dramatically higher than what my insurance company and their independent third-party reviewer determined was reasonable and customary for the work performed that they could not come to an agreement. Even after revisions, there remained a significant dispute regarding pricing and scope which I am responsible for. Throughout this process, I was caught in the middle between Roto-Rooter and Nationwide/Accuserve, despite having no meaningful involvement in directing the mitigation scope, equipment usage, or pricing decisions during the emergency response itself. Communication from Roto-Rooter throughout the billing process was inconsistent and contradictory. I received multiple notices threatening collections activity, liens, and a Notice to Owner while the invoice was still actively under review and while the insurance company was in the process of issuing payment for the undisputed amount. This created a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress during an already difficult home restoration process. My advice to anyone using emergency mitigation services is: - Don't use this company - Ask detailed questions about billing and insurance negotiations upfront especially as RotoRooter is known to "overcharge" insurance and when they don't pay make it the liability of the homeowner - Request itemized documentation early - Understand exactly what you are signing regarding payment responsibility - Be prepared for potential disputes between mitigation vendors and insurance reviewers I understand emergency mitigation work is expensive and time-sensitive, but I do not believe homeowners should be placed in the middle of prolonged billing disputes between vendors and insurers while simultaneously facing threats of collections or liens before the insurance review process has fully concluded. The only bright spot were the technicians who actually did the work were professional, responsive, and seemed to know what they were doing.

Chase and his team initially answered the phone and came to our house following multiple water slab pipe leaks (cold and hot lines) in our kitchen and living room area. He helped us with mitigation was super nice, easy to deal with, and fully understood that me and my family were going through a lot of stress at the time. They sectioned off the area that needed to be dried out and ensure all the dehumidifiers, blowers and purifier units were placed inside this area to help control the heat in an area without any AC vents. This made a huge difference for us since it allowed us to continue to live in our home while going through this painful and lengthy process and still have full use of our kitchen sink throughout the entire 3 month process. We also decided to use them for the restoration portion of the job which we didn't have to do. That's when we worked with Andrew and Tanner as well as Rodrigo and Nelson. They had a lot of work to do including replacing all of our kitchen cabinets, doing lots of dry wall repairs throughout the home, add insulation inside walls, plus much more. They worked with our schedule throughout the entire process and kept us up to date with texts and emails so we always knew what was happening at any given point. Mostly, they were professional, always punctual, fully knowledgeable and patient with us. We would highly recommended them.
