John returned my initial call promptly, came soon thereafter to provide a reasonable estimate, and showed up on time on the scheduled date to remove the tree. He and his crew are polite and clean up the inevitable mess perfectly. They have the appropriate equipment and knowledge to safely remove the tree. They say what they do and do what they say. We scheduled it for Saturday at 8:45. And sure enough, they were ready to roll at 8:40. He brings his german shepard dog with him to the job and leaves him in the truck barking for hours. He parked his truck on our newly sealed driveway and leaked hydraulic fluid all over it and scratched it up with his equipment. At the end of the job he left our driveway a mess with debris from the tree trimming. I had several bids prior to him doing the work and he was much more expensive and did not deliver.
