We had a contractor to help us with our "unexpected costs," apparently was left in the notes in the profile after a new salesperson reached out to me. But it was not unexpected, as we had our own contractor to do the work before Wren "installed" the kitchen. We really anticipated "Wren Kitchen" could install a simple sink properly (with plumbing) or in this case, a grandiose sink $$$. Unless the installation policies have changed, we will not be seeking Wren now nor in the future. The total turn off for us was when the manager and him both told us that we'd have to hire a contractor or pay them extra money to install a sink fitted to the existing plumbing, that just doesn't make sense to me as Wren is a kitchen installer and every kitchen has a sink.... Also we were told we'd have to pay an extra fee to hire a contractor from Wren to plug in the stove and fridge into the existing power outlets and plumbing. How can a company install a kitchen "apparently," but not plug in a range and fridge? Don't even get me started on the sink, what kitchen doesn't have a sink?

When we called to get the missing item delivered , we got the runaround. This young man kept promising to deliver it the next morning or afternoon (2 times) but it never came. When we complained he insisted that he'd have to talk to his supervisor first and this supervisor was at lunch but he would arrange another delivery , the young man was polite and apologetic but he was disingenuous . We've never received the item and then when I called the home office , the person answering the phone told us we would have to pay for the item again (or items) and either pick it up at the store or have it delivered and then be reimbursed , nothing straightforward , so convoluted . I mean just arrange to have the item delivered free because we paid for it and that's the end of it. Everyone was polite but extremely unhelpful. We will switch to Lowe's . Big Business's like Home Depot forget about customer service and it's not like when I grew up when small businesses care. We have been loyal customers but no more.

He was there when we had small or big questions and was so friendly. He takes the time to leave his customers satisfied and happy which is the hallmark of a great businessman. After five hours, no phone call or email was received, so I attempted to call the vendor (phone OUT OF SERVICE) and send an email (no response). I was concerned, having just forked over $200 to a business that I could not get in touch with, so I contacted Bloom Nation, who ALSO tried to get in touch with the vendor, to no avail. Finally a message was sent to me that the flowers were delivered, but no photo of the actual flowers was included, just the photo from the website. I had to call the funeral home and ask for THEM to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I still don't know what the flowers even looked like. Just a very unpleasant experience; I would NEVER use this florist again.

We needed some electrical items and a plunger and did not want to drive too far to the large box office store. We had errands to run in town and were driving right by, so we stopped in. Was able to quickly find what we needed without walking a mile in the store! The signage and groupings in the store made it very easy to find our items. Did want to browse some of the other areas but we ran out of time, but plan to return soon.
