After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics. Just recently I needed some documents for my mortgage and he and his team jumped on it and addressed it within few mins. I got referred to Jacob by my parents who had State Farm for their home, cars, and motorcycle. Whatever we needed, they have been very understanding, helpful, and caring to our situations. In 2011 I got into a car accident, Jacob and Laura made sure that I wasn't alone in going through the process. They assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. Even contacted the claims department to help provide additional answers for me. My family and I moved from Northern California to Southern California; Laura was extremely helpful in assisting with renter's insurance and helping ease the stress of moving. Aside from helping with policy changes, claims department, and other insurance needs. Jacob and his team truly care about their clients. Every time I call or email the office, they ask about my parents, and my kids, and engage in small talk. They are like part of the family. I have been dealing with State Farm for almost 20 years without ever filing a claim until now. All of the money I gave State Farm would be better spent if I flushed it down the toilet. it's the corporation not Jacob as far as I know. But any I have a very high deductible (3600) and the damages to my property were only estimated at approximately $5000 so State Farm declined my claim saying that their portion is less than my deductible. My question is why can't they make up the $1400 difference if I pay the $3600 deductible? To me I've been ripped off and they walk away laughing while even though they have taken thousands of dollars from me over all the years. I don't recommend State Farm for any type of insurance. Long story short the repair wasn't done correctly and the dryer vent was never hooked back up right! The dryer vent was just laying up in the attic and created moisture which caused water damage and black mold. Now the HOA wants me to pay for the restoration fees. Farmers won't cover a thing because I was supposedly supposed to see through the walls with my x-ray vision to notice the problem ahead of time. They told me it was existing and covered nothing. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to helping you they don't. Go a different direction with your coverage.
