I was called to let me know of her arrival that day and with the Maid Pro office being closed that day, we were not able to make changes. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I reluctantly allowed her to clean our home. The service was just okay in my opinion; I feel the floors weren't properly swept or vacuumed - they were partially at best but there were obvious areas that needed more attention. Also, she dropped the vacuum cleaner down my wood stairs and caused damage to the stair treads as well as my brand new hardwood floors which I was incredibly upset about. Lastly, she began to clean the oven out; my husband had told her that it wasn't required however, she had already put cleaner in the oven. She did not continue as informed however, leaving the cleaner in the oven has caused additional problems. I did not realize cleaner had been left in there and went to use the oven later that evening and caused the oven to start smoking and left a horrible smell as a result. I had to completely change my dinner plans as a result. This was very unacceptable and poor service. I will be ending my service with Maid Pro as a result of this poor customer service.

At 9 AM, the team had not yet arrived. I sent a text to the office and was informed that my first clean appointment was scheduled for Wednesday (even though the representative provided the Monday date/time to me in writing). Moving on to Wednesday, one member of the cleaning crew arrived at 8:36 AM and two other members at 8:55 AM (all were late). The first crew member departed 40 minutes later, and the remaining two members departed at 10:07 AM (on scene for less than 75 minutes). Based on my original conversation with the company representative, I expected a crew of at least three people who would probably spend 3 to 4 hours deep cleaning my house. The cost of this visit was $320. I did see a crew of three, all of whom were late arriving and spent less than 75 minutes at my house. Plus, the crew did a very poor job of cleaning my house while they were on scene (far from being a "deep clean"). I contacted the company's representative about the crew's poor performance and terminated all further services. I cannot recommend this company -- they did not arrive when they were supposed to and provided far less service than promised. VERY disappointed.

They cleaned a couple windows on one side only, we have tilt ins and they never bothered to clean the other side of the window. They don't clean up above the cabinets, they don't scrape any paint or dirt off of any surface.
