This was one of our customer's review, this is being posted on her behalf: The night on which my loss occurred SERVPRO was sent to my home to start the clean-up. I have extremely high expectations for any/all Suppliers, Subcontractors and those for whom I would use on a personal basis. SERVPRO far exceeded my expectations and I have to tell you that in saying I was "blown away" may be an understatement! Matt (SERVPRO) whom was overseeing every step is truly an employee which I would value in any industry. His skills, professionalism and knowledge of what I assume to be Company policy and/or contractual obligations of SERVPRO with State Farm are fairly evident to be adhered to in every task he performed. (Example: When entering my home he notified me immediately that he has tattoos on his arms and while at that moment he had on a sweatshirt asked that if it was ok for him to remove this again citing his tattoos.) While this is something that I was ok with being in my industry and position I understood the theory behind this; as some customers could find tattoos offensive (regardless of art) and/or this more than likely being an internal SERVPRO Policy and/or a contractual obligation of some sort.) The remaining staff was also very professional, efficient and thorough. I also wanted to make one more special mention of Conner. This young man also far exceeding any expectations I had and having a stellar work ethic and being highly professional. He also had the knack to admit that he is the newest to the team and may not have the answers he would always refer to Matt/Todd and get back to me addressing any of my questions or concerns. While I still have a far way to go I appreciate this stellar experience and company and I would highly refer them in the future. Thank you. read more

I have had a small fire in my kitchen and a flooded basement in my home. Each time I called SERVPRO of SW Waukesha and they were awesome! Todd came out the first time and I was very impressed with his knowledge of how to clean and deodorize my home. The smell was completely gone when they were done. Then I requested him again for the flooded basement and again his knowledge was impressive. Both time his teams came out and did a great job! His employees were so friendly, especially Ben and Rosa. I recently bought a house and wanted to get my ducts cleaned out. They had advertised that they do this so I gave them a call. From start to finish the process was smooth and quite easy. I scheduled an 8am appointment and the crew arrived promptly at 8am. They quickly set about their work and before I knew it they were done. It was not even an all day affair. We bought a new house recently that was build in the 70's which looked to have never been updated or cleaned since then. We reached out to ServPro to have our ducts cleaned and they were able to remove way more dust and debris than I ever expected. We have had Servpro come to do work for us. Their staff is always so professional and responsive. Our carpets came out so clean. They also did some mold removal and we have had no issues since. We had a flood in our basement due to a power loss and Servpro came out first thing in the morning and set up several fans and dehumidifiers. Our basement dried up very quickly.
