He was very polite and really listened. He is such a well-rounded individual, he walked me through all the issues and helped come up with a game plan. One thing that I noticed which I don't ever remember seeing before was Jonathan had foot coverings on when he came inside. He removed them as he stepped outside to do a check. Unfortunately, I had paid 7k for a complete re-pipe 5 years ago and the company did a poor job. They took the easiest path for them, which resulted in me having to now pay to have the job corrected.
