My landlord has been working with them for a while and has said they have always provided exceptional service. After their work this weekend I can say, Kerry did an exceptional job. He addressed the issue right away, fast and left no mess left behind. Plus he provided great customer service. The reason it's not 5starts: Made an appointment with a two hour window. Called twice because no had shown and it was passed way passes the window. Both times they assured me a technician would respond my call within 15 mins. 30 minutes later still nothing. The second time, Kerry called. He informed me he was in his way. It appears they didn't notify him until just before he called me of the work order. Perhaps, the previous technician was unable to make it and he filled in for him. Glad I didn't book on a work day. read more

DO NOT USE! I hired Affordable Plumbing Pros to do a sewer lateral inspection for me. They came out, did the inspection and quoted me $6,500 for necessary repairs. Rather than have them do the repairs I chose to receive bids from other plumbers. The reason I chose not to go with them was due to poor communication and the fact that they would not provide me with a copy of the video after several requests. One of the other 3 plumbers that I invited to bid chose to rescope my sewer line to determine the extent of repairs before submitting a bid. They contacted me and informed me that aside from a small root intrusion, there was nothing wrong with my sewer line. They then sent me the video so that I could see it for myself. read more

We had this company replace our main sewer line from the house to about the sidewalk, which is roughly 20 feet, and they also installed a clean-out (up-pipe from the main line with a green access lid) at the end closest to the house (in the lawn). They used the trenchless system and dug two very deep holes with a little back-hoe at either end of my front lawn to access and connect to the original pipe. When they filled in the holes, they did not compact the earth very well, so we ended up with two significant sink-holes during this years' recent rain. I'm not so surprised or shocked at the earth settling, as once you dig up earth, it is impossible to pack it as well as it was when it was undisturbed. However, it can be packed well enough as not to cause a 2-3 foot sinkhole in two places. Sink holes can be filled with more dirt, but the main problem is that the sink-hole caused the clean-out (up-pipe with green access lid) they installed to sink as well due to them obviously not supporting the bottom of the the pipe. This has resulted in the access lid being lower (and now angled) than where the grass level should be, which is a problem now that I am ready to have the front lawn redone. I have left two recent and detailed messages for them to address this, and both have gone unanswered. That is no way to run a business. My secondary issue with them is the price they charged for the job they did. I felt like they had me trapped at the time, and being that I had no point of reference as to the cost of such a job, I agreed to pay what they quoted. It turns out that my boss happened to be going through the exact same thing at the time (unbeknownst to me unfortunately), and his licensed plumber charged him $2,000 less for a longer run of pipe! I wouldn't 'blame' them for price gouging as it is my responsibility to get multiple quotes, but I will warn everyone else that this is NOT an "affordable" plumbing service, and they are out to rip you off. I gave them two stars only because the kid that performed the work was pleasant, did a thorough inspection before beginning work (although I don't know how honest he actually was, but I hope he was honest), seemed capable of performing the repair, and was pretty responsive. He made the experience good right up to the point I realized I was ripped off and that the company doesn't have any interest in standing by their work supported by the fact that they will not return my calls. read more

One-star is too high for a company that STEALS from the people it is supposed to serve. Affordable Plumbing came to our house to fix a clogged sink--a $85 plumbing job. They "discovered" our pipes leading to the leak were "rusted out and needed to be replaced." Total estimate? $1,100. We opted to get a second opinion and hired a plumbing contractor who came highly recommended (I'll write another review praising him--his name is Kyle and he's THE BEST!) because we had other plumbing issues we wanted to address at the same time (new toilet, new water filter, etc.). Kyle and his team checked our "broken pipes" and found out--you guessed it--there is nothing wrong with them--just a garden variety clog. Affordable Plumbing is a company of THIEVES! DO NOT HIRE THEM. If I were a lawyer, I'd sue them for criminal practices. Instead, I am a writer and I will write about them to help make sure others are not swindled. They're getting 2 stars because they were responsive and came back to fix the work they did. But I would never recommend them or use them again. Tom, the supervisor, was professional and apologetic, but the plumber that actually did the work did not check his work. When I turned my water on, the washer valves completely blew off the pipe and sprayed water EVERYWHERE!! He never soldered them on!! No wonder they only had 3 stars, that should have been a sign not to use them and why Tom said business is slow. read more

I interviewed probably 5 companies for a septic tank replacement. I planned on going with another company but when they told me they would not permit the work, it happended Rich called the next morning asking for the job. He said he could be there within two hours with the permit. Two hours later, Rich was here with his crew, had already gone to Vta City had presented the plot plan and obtained the permit. Getting to the septic tank was very difficult because I am on a hillside AND there is hardscape. His crew negotiated the hardscape and I promise you did not touch more than a few plants. What i am saying is...they were very considerate about the landscape, were courteous and did what they said they were going to do in the time defined. The job took an extra day only because they discovered the old concrete tank and removed it without additional cost. His crew were extremely professional and stopped to explain what was going on which was very helpful (for me.) The permit was signed off and my new septic tank is working perfectly. Total scam artist. Never use them. They lie about what repaira need to be addressed. We had them come out to take a look at out shower that leaked even on off. They came out and told us that we needed to break open the wall and do a full replacement of the shower valve. They said that if not taken care of it will explode and our entire home will be flooded. Im no plumber but it just seemed rediculous being that it was just leaking from the shower head and not inside the wall. They pressured my wife and I until i had to tell them to leave due to the estimate being over a $1000. But yet they said it will only take them 1-2 hours. The manager that had come out with the tech smelled heavily like smoke and had no manners whatsoever. I called another plumber the following morning and guess what. These guys were amazing! Our septic tank literally collapsed 3feet into our front lawn the Sunday before Christmas Eve. Richard responded to our call and had his backhoe out within the hour to determine the cause. He drew up an estimate and came back Christmas Eve. I am absolutely convinced that if the shop was open that day, our septic tank would have been installed that day. But within 4 days our new system is up, permitted by county and completed. Since our insurance wouldn't cover any of these repairs, I was very nervous about the cost ( knowing these things can range up to $30k).. on Christmas no less!! But it truly was affordable. When my garbage disposal started leaking about 830 at night with guests at my house, I thought I was screwed. Like every other red blooded housewife, mine likes to put things down there that a Great White shark could not grind through. So with the smell of onion and garlic and egg and a bowl underneath the leak I started calling these "24 hr" plumbers. Only two of the 20 I called answered. One sounded drunk and like he accidently answered so he hung up. The other was Johnny Kimmis as his business card says, from Affordable Plumbing Pros. He said he was out to dinner with his family but, he could handle the job. I was shocked due to the other responses from "24/7 Plumbing Companies" He said he didn't have the part on him (understandable) but if I could run and get one he'd be at my house asap. I was like, ok. He told me the exact one to get, even the location at the store and he knew the model and price. When I returned 30 minutes later he was already there and almost had the old one removed. I handed him the new one and within 15 minutes he was done cleaned up and explaining to my wife what should and shouldn't go down a disposal. Best thing though? He charged me the same rate that all the other companies advertised for the install even at 900pm at night. I've read the other reviews and maybe they have had a change in management for the better. I can judge based only, on my experience. All I can say is, any employee/company willing to hurry his family along at dinner, dump them off at home, which probably irritate his wife a tad, just to come to my house and fix my sink just so my wife stops being irritated with me? I had a leak in my bathroom and and tried unclogging it myself and it looked deeper than I thought. I called Affordable and they had someone out within an hour. They came in and did the work all within 30 minutes and did a pipe inspection after and noticed the pipes were deterriating but they said not to worry it would probably be another 2 years before we needed to do anything. I appreciated the honesty and thanked them for the good work for only $85. I would refer them to our friends and family anytime. Not sure about the comment below. I wonder if that other plumber had actaully taken a camera and looked down their pipes to see if what Affordable said was actually true. The hot water unit stopped working and it is still under warranty. Had someone come out by the name of Martin. Me and my dad felt like we were getting the run around. 3 whole hours later he says it'll cost $380 just to "diagnose" the problem. Keep in mind this is still under warranty but doesn't cover labor. Only "most of the unit". Yikes. I felt that he wasn't straight forward with his answers on top of it all. I call up the office clearly not satisfied and wasn't going to have him do the expensive diagnosis. Long story short for some reason they had the same man call my father when I requested a different plumber to call me. This man ended up talking to his partner with his phone STILL ON. We both heard him clearly calling my father every insulting name under the rainbow and using every insult in the book. We were shocked to say the least. All we wanted was a clear and reasonable price quote and our hot water back. Now for the good news! The company apologized and picked someone for us who was a better fit for us to communicate with since the most qualified technician for that unit had already made his impression. Low and behold Matthew Arndt comes in and immediately he made much more sense. He was straight forward and didn't sugar coat what we needed to know. He spent FOUR DAYS working on the unit stating he wouldn't charge us until this was fixed and to help overwrite the bad experience we had just had! I was going to give this a four star review because of how arduous it was on the phone with the company to get him out here. Plus the obvious earlier experience. However he has gone far above and beyond what a normal professional would do. Was respectful and clear with his words. Gave us the best deal and advice to help us save money on maintanence to avoid possible in the future! If he is normally like this then I would rehire him in a heartbeat for future jobs! read more

This place is ran by thieves. I had work done by someone who seemed like a handyman not a plumber. They overcharged me by a couple hundred dollars for a leak on my bathroom sink that took 10 mins to fix. After they had left I went into grab my medication later on that night and realized my pain pills ere missing from my medicine cabinet. Do not let these guys into your house. I called Affordable Plumbing Pro's for a quote to install a tankless water heater. Upon agreeing on a price they agreed to start my job the same day in the afternoon. What was supposed to be a 4-5hr job turned into a 3 day job. They were late multiple times on times promised. Kept me waiting for several hours. They would not call me to notify me on there arrival time. I was without Hot water for three days. I would highly recommend you guys stay as far as possible and not hire this company. This all started with a call to Affordable Plumbing to replace the shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. My first mistake was choosing them. They missed the first 2 hour time window and called 10 minutes before the window closed and advised tech was running late and would be here in the next 2 hour window. When he arrived and looked at the situation he started the up-sell saying the CPVC pipe coming up feeding the valves could crack when trying to cut and replace the valves, suggesting a complete repipe of the house. I ended up approving the repipe using a new material Aqua Pex Pro piping system, which I like by the way at a total cost of $2,800.00 which included all material to repipe from water meter to water heater and all fixture shut-off valves. I suggested paying in cash for a discount and we agreed on that cash price. A bit about myself, I am an electrical contractor with 44 years in the industry including industrial, new construction and commercial work. So I am familiar with construction/repair work in the plumbing area as well, that being said I will continue. Tech said he could start tomorrow and would take 2 days to complete with 1 day with no water to tie in all the work, I agreed and would be ok with that schedule. Day 1: The work commenced the next day with the tech and a helper, they arrived around noon with the excuse of having to get parts from the wholesale house. The tech advised me he did not like going under homes cause he is claustrophobic and did not like spiders or bugs (why he chose the plumbing field is beyond me). He sold me on replacing the water heater, pointing out the age of the existing unit was reaching it's life span and would pick it up for me if I paid for it and would install it as part of the job since he had to remove the old one anyway to get to the piping behind it, so here we go with another $875.00, which was fine as I agreed with his suggestion and after being here for 4 hours he would return the next day to finish the job. Day 2: They arrived around 10:00am with 3 men, shut-off the water and went to work. The tech advised me of a gas leak he found at a fitting under the house and suggest I fix it, I could not agree more and told him to get what he needed to fix that problem. By now I have discovered the tech came in a van with no available parts in it, who goes to a job without a stocked van? So he cannot finish the job today and has to get more parts, they worked until 6:00pm and we're tired and exhausted so I told them it would be ok for them to leave the water off for the night and I would manage, refilling the toilet tank with jugs of water so I could at least use the toilet. Before leaving he said if I wanted all new supply valves and lines at all fixtures it would be extra, I agreed and at this point I just want the job to be completed, go and get what you need. I also wanted him to fix the dryer vent and add another hose bib as well. Things went downhill from here on out and not enough room to tell all the missteps that took place. Summary: Over 8 days on the job, 60 plus hours over several days with no water, job not completed and tech has given up. This tech did not know how to estimate a job, underbid the job, boss would not release any more money for parts leaving me to spend $1500.00 more out of pocket expenses on parts and labor to complete the job. Left me to close up the access panels for the crawl spaces and clean-up everything, flooded a bathroom and had to dehumidify and dry, leaving wet carpet in the closet which I had to clear out and finish drying myself. I had to secure all the hose bibs as the tech did not know how or have the parts. The owner never called to see what problems he could help with and I never received a closing billing statement. I will assume that I will be contacted via a reply from this post asking why I never gave them a chance to correct the problem...My answer is that you had 8 days on the job to fix it and could not!!!!! I would not hire this company to fix a leaky garden hose! I ended up calling another plumber to fix and complete the job with an additional $600.00 in parts and labor to end this nightmare!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I could not upload photo's or I would have and I have plenty!!! read more

Arrived at time they said they would and that's honestly the only reason I don't feel bad for that one star that I am FORCED to put. Upon speaking to the plumber he mentioned he would charge us $123.00 to put the snake down the toilet. We asked why it was so high he then mentioned "warranty" he said we'd get warranty for the next 90 days. After putting in the snake he found a bigger issue. He proceeded to tell us we had a temporary fix for at least a month until we got the bigger job done. Before paying this guy he said to us that they'd come out if it got clogged in the next 30 days. The toilet got clogged in less then 24 hours. We called back and they gave us the run around saying they needed the owners approval to come in to the house "we are renters and can't give approval" wait you did not say that the first time you stepped in my house. It is so messed up that these people do this kind of stuff and get away with it. I totally understand I have a bigger issue but you gave me warranty for at least the next 30 days. You are going tell me I should be ok paying you $123.00 and having my toilet get clogged the next day. I called the office and they were no help. I should have looked at the reviews on here before calling these people. 3 starts isn't good enough for me and I can't believe I was going to spend over $700.00 for the "bigger Job" because they give us "warranty" at this point I should shop around. People, really think before you call them. They get you with the "no charge to come out and look at the issue" pay for professional and make sure they have warranty written on the paper they give you. My house was built by a developer who, well, never mind. Let's just say the builder ran into "problems", and some things were left "poorly done". An example was my backyard "sump drain", which had a 4" pipe leading down a short hill, terminating into the dirt. Yes, you read that right! So with hard rains, my backyard would sometimes turn into a lake. I called Affordable Plumbing Pros. They came out within a half-hour of my calling (2 guys, with their supervisor), to review the problem, and then one guy came back the next day and had it fixed in 3-4 hours. He had to trench over to another drainline, and tapped into that. Poor guy had to do a fair amount of digging, by hand! I've used Affordable Plumbing Pros ever since, to unclog drains & such. They are polite and honest. I will continue to use them for future plumbing jobs! read more

Affordable plumbing SUCKS!! They came out to fix a neighbors clog (NOT our clog) and ended up clogging our whole building... almost 15 units without water or toilets now!! We had no plumbing problems until Affordable Plumbing came out and screwed up the whole building.. Then Affordable messed around for 2 days, taking out toilets with NO resolve and tried blaming (and tried billing) other tenants to fix these new issues! They were relieved from the job and now we are waiting for a plumber to get the job done!! DON'T HIRE AFFORDABLE FOR PLUMBING... They are a NIGHTMARE!! Two days before Christmas, my bathroom sink stopped up. Made numerous calls to various plumbing and Roto- businesses. No one was available. On my last attempt to find a plumber, I called Affordable Plumbing Pros. Best thing I did all day. Kerry Johnson came out about 30 minutes after I called and spent the next couple of hours working on my sink plumbing. He did a great job, never gave up and never tried to sell me on an expensive job. You could see that he took pride in doing a good job. He fixed the problem and I was a happy camper. This is a public service warning. I called APP because of the $89 special. Daniel came and immediately insisted that he had to hydrojet for $550. As I teared up, he looked at the ocean from the stairs of my crummy house whose only redeeming quality is its view, and said, "People make such a big deal about the view. You can still see the oil tankers. So big deal." Then he dryly informed me that I would not be able to use the water in my house, and that the price he was quoting me was a great deal. I reluctantly agreed to the work. "Don't change your mind. It will make me look bad to my boss." As soon as he left for the equipment, I called the company to say that I felt uncomfortable with Daniel and to cancel. They had the audacity to have Daniel call me back. It was very awkward, and when he offered to reduce the price to $495, I felt compelled to proceed. Almost immediately he told me that the pressure of the jets had broken the pipes, which were already rusted through, according to Daniel. He showed me some rust, which he declared were holes in the pipe. I have since learned from other plumbers that the psi of the hose should have been lowered to accommodate the old pipes, which should have been examined first, or should not have been done at all. Daniel claimed an inability to get the jet through, so I assumed that I did not have to pay for the hydrojetting. When I said that, he changed his answer and told me he did get through. I asked, "Well, did you get through or not?" He said he did. As he attempted to retrieve the hose, he had some trouble, and told me that the problem with was that a beam had cracked a pipe (a low-lying 2 by 4, that even if it had fallen, would have little impact) and that his hose had gone right through to the outside. There was water all over my laundry area. Interesting that there was never anything leaking out before Daniel came. I said to Daniel, "In that case, the hydrojetting was not accomplished." If the hose came out through a broken pipe 6 feet from the starting point, then he hadn't hydrojetted the system after all. He admitted that was the case only after he told me that I needed to replace that pipe at a cost of $4,254.00! The floor under my house was now wet with sewage since his procedure had broken the pipe beyond repair. I asked him some questions to try to ascertain if there was some measure that could be put into place temporarily, until I had a chance to save some money. His answers were demeaning and dismissive. At that point, because the hydrojetting and subsequent crack had rendered the plumbing completely unusable, I agreed to the work. I went to my own job and took a shower there since Daniel told me that the work on my house would not be finished until the next day. I was careful that night to avoid using the bathroom, peeing in a bucket. The next day I discovered that the work had been finished the day before, strange, since at 2:30 it had not even been started. Daniel had not had the courtesy to let me know. When I asked him why, he said, "Uhm, uh, well its good to not use it for a night." He told me that the work had taken 3 plumbers. Of the many people, including plumbers, who have been under my house to inspect the job, none can fathom why such a short length of pipe required three men to replace. Nobody understands the charge of $4254. One suggested that I sue. The materials could not have cost more than $200, although I am guessing that they cost less. Since the work was done in a few hours, I was charged more than $1000 an hour! Daniel knew that I had to either pay or be without plumbing. He also told me that more plumbing work was needed and that I should not put toilet paper down until it was done. He told me that my foundation was crumbling and that he knew a friend in that line of work. (I have since had a contractor and an engineer look at it and both told me that my house is adequate and safe.) He told me that the rest of the plumbing was in danger of imminent failure. When I tried to determine if repairs could be put off for a month until I had the funds, he adamantly told me that it could not, and acted like it was a stupid question. A subsequent plumber told me not to do anything at present except perhaps add a liquid that softens roots and eventually diminishes them. Two weeks later, my kitchen sink backed up, and we discovered that Daniel had to cut off a bit of that pipe (we found the bit, since he left a quantity of junk under my house, and it was obviously compromised) and even for $4254 couldn't be bothered replacing that little stretch of easily accessible pipe. He had to know it was going to cause problems and it would have been an easy, inexpensive fix while he was working on the end of that pipe anyway. Only choose a star to move on to next step. Had a slab leak was quote $1800 just to find out where leak was coming from. Kept being told that we had a leak... you think we're the ones that called you because carpet was soaked with fresh water... we were told it was the toilet drainage. I could go on for days about how shady this plumber is and how uncomfortable he made us all feel. No matter what was asked or said he only kept insisting the whole house need to be repiped! Even tried to work the insurance adjuster for $$$. He was finally called out on his final invoice and guess what slipped out if his mouth he had picked up our work as a side job! These guys are shady. Like so many other plumbing outfits I called for help with a sluggish toilet, Affordable Plumbing Pros would not give me an estimate of charges to come out and snake my toilet. The standard line is, "We'll need to have one of our "technicians" come out to your home to evaluate your plumbing problem and then we can give you an estimate." The only difference was that in my case the guy said that someone could come out in half an hour instead of the next day. So I have them out and the "technician" looks at my toilet and says, "I need to snake your toilet (what a surprise!)", "Well how much will that be" I asked. $235.00 he states without so much as a blink! (Do I look like I have sucker tattooed on my forehead?) I countered with...so do you offer AAA, AARP, Target gift cards, any kind of a discount? He says, well we are running an online special right now. (notice how he didn't offer this information up front, jerk). OK, I say, tell me where to go online and I will print it out. Oh, no need he says, I have a copy in my van. (double jerk) so then I ask how much it will now be with the online discount. $85.00 he says. And although I'm irritated that he didn't offer the special up front I go ahead and allow him to snake the toilet. 10 minutes later he says that he can't get the snake all the way down the toilet. I ask him what my options are now and he says that basically I need a new toilet. Ok, I say, I'll have to do some research about what kind of toilet I want (and who I'm going to use to install it....not this guy...that's for sure). He counters with...oh, I have a new toilet in my van right now that I can install today. Just out of curiosity I ask him how much it would be to install a new toilet. Again without a blink he says, between $1,300 to $1,500!!!! Oh, but the $85 for today's visit will be applied to your total. Needless to say I thanked him (through gritted teeth) and told him I would get back to him if I decided to have them install a new toilet. Instead, I called around and eventually got in touch with a great guy, Victor, the owner of VIP Plumbing who was fast, fair, and didn't give me the run around like these shysters. read more

Upon finding out that Affordable Plumbing Pros. were willing to do the Sewer Lateral Report and take payment through the close of escrow, we chose them. Our experiences with Affordable Plumbing "Pros." are as follows. I met with "Sean, the Plumbing Pro." at the property and he told me he could not open the clean out to do his inspection without breaking the cleanout pipe and cap. Okay, fine. So now, instead of around $300-400 for the Sewer Lateral Inspection, we are now looking at another $300+ to remove the toilet and go through there. Next, the Sean tells me that the flange "just broke" after taking the toilet off and that he will have to charge me for the part that he just broke. Sean said it was also due to old age, but, at a car dealership, if a technician breaks something like a brittle plastic clip on my car while repairing it, IT IS THE DEALERSHIP'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE AND/OR FIX THE TECHNICIAN'S DAMAGE - period. Our quote of $300-$400 has now tripled to nearly $1000! Sean says he has to leave to order another part and because he was not anticipating the inspection to have these problems or take so long. He says he will come back around 2 or 3 o'clock with the parts ready. Meanwhile, I have driven 90 minutes to this property and am now stuck waiting for him to complete work with other customers, while I am stuck at a house with no working toilet. I cannot leave until this is fixed, as it is not my home and I have no way of knowing if the house will flood or some other nightmare If I go home. Also, If I go, I have to drive 90 minutes home and then come out a separate time and drive 90 minutes each way. Bottom line, I had to come back a second time. When I did come back, Sean does the inspection and then says, "I have it all back together now, do you have any towels to clean the mess?" Me? have towels to clean a mess that only happens when a plumber comes out and does this kind of work? Does a carpenter build cabinets in someone's house without a vacuum or broom for all the sawdust? Ever? So, no, this house is vacant and there are NO TOWELS in the house. I said, "what are you going to do about this, Sean? Are you really going to leave me here with a big mess that I have no way of cleaning myself?" Sean shrugged his shoulders at me and then hands me the paperwork to sign, "and can you please write in that box to say you approved me leaving without cleaning up the mess"?!?! I was like, "no I never approved that, this is a joke." Ok, a week goes by, and I never see any report. I call and they send out a physical (paper) report, but apparently at this time I am made aware by Affordable Plumbing Pro receptionist, Troy, that they had since discovered that when Sean did the inspection, that his scope recorder was broken, and did not record anything - therefore a SECOND INSPECTION WOULD BE NEEDED! Oh, and by the way, a THIRD 90 minute drive for me to the property, each way. Was Sean's equipment broken or did he just forget to hit the record button? The world may never know. I called and spoke with management at this point. The next day, three different trucks show up at the property with "lead plumbers and managers" to complete this fairly basic inspection, correctly. Ok, so it gets done. After a week, Sean calls to ask, "well, when is Escrow going to close because our management is worried it will not close." So I said, "as agreed to by your company before we agreed to let you do the work, your company will be paid when the escrow closes." Sean says, "well can you just pay us now out of your own pocket and then get the money from escrow later?" "No Sean, haha, I'm sorry. This is completely unprofessional. How about if we stick to the initial agreement?" Ok, the report is done...this is weeks later of course. We finally get mailed a copy of the physical (paper) report. Both the Buyers of the house AND the Seller are going to need the DVD Video Proof of the report so when repairs are going to be made, that there is a reference to show the Plumber. This is one of the MAIN REASONS for a buyer to have an inspection when buying a house. According to receptionist, Troy, "oh, sorry, we already sent the DVD into the City of Ventura and that was our only copy." As if the City is going to have to make the repairs to the Sewer Lateral Line themselves. No, the City of Ventura just wants a record of the condition of every property's Sewer Lateral Line for their own knowledge base. As for the Buyer and Seller of the property (who actually paid for this report!), I guess we are just out of luck?? So I say, "Well Troy, how can we actually get that very important DVD Video portion of the report that we've all worked so hard for and actually paid for??" And Troy's answer? Wait for it... "Uhhhhhhh, well......you could pay us again and have us come out and do another inspection..." This is not a joke. It is factual. It is not embellished. read more

I was given a time and the tech didnt show or call. Then someone from a different company went and gave me a quote. I was then called by the original person....yes, very confusing. I was quoted $550 and charged $3500. I was given a "free" scope of my sewer line that is required when selling a home. When I called for the free service, all of a sudden the tech couldnt go because of a funeral. The next day the camera was broken. Another appointment was scheduled and they never showed up.
