What a very pleasant experience over a not so pleasant problem. I called this morning for a clogged toilet. They were able to send Eric over between 12 and 2. I got a text message at 1:00pm that he was on his way. He had an assistant, Kalani, with him and the two of them were so personable. They had the clog resolved within minutes. Tried for first time due to slow hardly draining washer drain. History been in house bout 27yrs various plumbers other than a rooter clean out here n there mostly kitchen sink no other major issues. N house built early 60's. Set appt w Mike n Lawrence came assessed issue n one thing led to another but I was observing the whole time n Lawrence explained in easy to understand English what he was doing, etc. so no surprises. Ryan came by to check Lawrence's work n I asked him some questions bout other things n he too was very easy to communicate with. Bottom line, Lawrence did an awesome job, I have peace of mind n this is probably my new plumber of choice. Then have installed water heaters, fixed clogged drains and roof gutters, installed a new garbage disposal, connected a BBQ to the natural gas pipe line serving my house and put my gas fire place back into working order. They arrive on time, are courteous, clean up after them selves and accept all credit cards for payment. He came out right away to access the problem that I was having which was no hot water in the shower. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part and came back to install the new valve. He was professional, punctual and honest. He pointed out another problem that I had with the main valves (not in an "upsell" kind of way) so that it could be repaired. I got Mike's number from the helpful people (Johnny) at Steve's Plumbing, a great crew of folks! Mike sent out his guys, Bryan and Ryan, who were there within 20 min. Fixed my leaky toilet, gave me a rundown on what was needed to fully repair it. I decided to replace the toilet, also needed a new sink/faucet and tub fixtures. Mike came back, same day, gave me a bid on the entire job and his guys were back the next morning, completed the job within 2 hours!
