Today, when my husband went into the crawl space for an unrelated issue, he found a LIVE, uncapped wire directly next to a water pipe. This is a HUGE fire hazard. The electricians did do work in the crawl space so it is not as though they have the excuse that they did not go in (as they should have). I have reached out to Chesapeake Electric about the situation and they have yet to call back nor fix the issue. We have young children - this could have been devastating.
