All American Electric is family-owned and run by "Boz" Boswell. Boz patiently walked me through all of the options and came up with a very competitive price and an installation schedule that fit perfectly with my schedule. I was impressed with Boz' knowledge and the expertise and genuine concern his employees and son showed before, during, and after the installation and check out of the generator. When the propane company dropped the ball, Boz rescheduled his work around them without complaint and had everything running perfectly. All-American installed a kitchen light which included cutting through our plaster ceiling. Additionally, they replaced three fixtures and installed a dimmer switch on an existing fixture. Patrick and Phillip were on time and very professional. They installed everything in a timely manner and even waited while I ran to CVS to get additional light bulbs. When I called All American to schedule the appointment, the office manager was very friendly and gave me an accurate quote. They were able to schedule the work within a week of me calling. Previously, Patrick installed a ceiling fan in our family room. The installation went perfectly and the cost was very price competitive. I would highly recommend using them. read more

I had previously written a glowing review about service from this company I received several years ago. However, due to the absolute rudeness of the owner in an email that he didn't have to send, I am rating this company much less, and am not going to use them, ever. They initially cancelled my service request due to illness of the electrician on the same day they said he'd be there, then they rescheduled for the following Friday. I changed my business trip to be back on that day, then they rescheduled for the following Saturday in the "morning". I waited around but did not hear from them to confirm time. When I went out to take care of a neighbor, they showed up but never called or contacted me. Boz then emailed me a nasty note, which was unnecessary for a service provider. Instead of trying to let me know a specific time, he couldn't bother to work it out. I don't recommend this company due to how he treated me. You think they would be nice to repeat customers. read more
