My mother went in for office visit for a minor health concern. The office verified that the doctor coded it wrong which is why Medicare wont cover it. My mother first confronted the receptionist and they stated it will be handled.. a month later we get a collection bill. I went up to the place to ask them why this has even occurred. The receptionist has zero customer service, flat rude, and took away my rights that I have to obtain information that can be given anywhere and to anyone just because she did not want to give it to me. That is her words "because I don't want to" I work in the hospitality industry as a manager and to my belief I think I am fairly patient and reasonable but her attitude and demeanor... Lets just say My family will not be back. Scott and White does not mess with your bill and is friendly. Go there. I grew up here and even did student observations with Seton and was pro-Seton but after this you lost all my respect. All I wanted was sense of care and attempt to assist us with the issue not demeanor and poise as if we are worthless and below you. Everyone is equal. I hope as they claim this time this issue is resolved in few days and not have to go further than this.

If they don't have the answer to a question, they'll make sure to find someone who does. Like any doctor's office, appointments can occasionally run behind schedule. That's just the nature of healthcare. What I appreciate is that the staff acknowledges the delay, apologizes when necessary, and does their best to get patients back as quickly as possible. One of the biggest conveniences is having so many services in one location. My OB-GYN is here, and if I need a sleep study, I can simply go downstairs to schedule it. Iron infusions are available on the third floor, orthopedics is on the first floor if my joints are bothering me, and the lab is right there for blood work. It makes coordinating my healthcare so much easier. So far, I haven't had a single negative experience. From the receptionists to the lab staff and CMAs, everyone has treated me with kindness and genuinely seems to care about making each visit a positive one. Having a clinic where you feel well taken care of makes all the difference, and this has consistently been my experience here.
