I am updating my review, after speaking to the regional manager who asked me to remove my review and after deciding he wasn't going to refund me since he rendered my services after I had to take time out of my day to reach out to him and explain the situation. IT is not my job to reach out to reginal managers to have his staff successfully complete their patients' medical needs. Also, I made it extremely clear to him that I was the one who paid for the office visit and he assured me the check would be mailed to me in my name. He choose not to keep his word and refund me my money and rather put the check in my boyfriend's name. When I called, Whitney, had to remind me 4 times as to why I most likely will not get a call back to finish this nightmare of an office visit. I am not deaf or dumb I do not need to be scolded and reminded 4 times why I am not getting a call back on how incompetent you run your office and cannot conduct a successful medical office. Usually, I love this place. Until my last visit when one of the "providers" tried to play doctor. I showed up for scheduled appointment (& Fasted) and was told I couldn't just get my blood drawn and needed more tests and that I would have to make another appointment, wasting my valuable time! I had a cardiologist appt in 2 days and only needed a follow up (from May) lipid panel so I called Any Lab Test Now and was told they could take me immediately. Really love that place. read more

I had my annual primary check last year which was positive and as expected, so when I started having symptoms of a possible UTI this year, I quickly scheduled an appointment at Total Men's. My appointment was on Thursday. I went in, did the test, the provider said it was likely a UTI but the results would take a day or two to come in, but was working on Saturday and would call me. I was surprised it would take a few days to get medication, but ultimately didn't think too much of it. By Saturday my pain had seriously increased. The office closed at 1pm, so I called several times between 11:30-12:30 and left one message to see if there was any update on the lab results. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. Later that afternoon I was emailed the test results directly from the lab. After a quick Google, it became clear that the results confirmed the UTI. However, the Total Men's office was closed for the weekend, so the results could not be reviewed by the provider until Monday. The Total Men's website mentioned an "After Hours Care" service for needs outside of normal hours. I clicked through to this hoping to talk to anyone who could prescribe my medication, but was just sent to the normal appointment scheduling system which said there was nothing available (because they were closed). This "After Hours Care" service apparently does not actually exist. By now it's Sunday and my symptoms are almost unbearable. On Monday morning I call in immediately to talk to the provider so I can get my prescription. I'm told that I will have to schedule an appointment to be able to discuss the results (a necessary step in order to get my prescription) and that they don't have anything open until Wednesday (two days from now). At this point I am beyond angry and upset and insist on speaking to the provider. The front desk person says I can get into another location today, but then finds out that the other provider would require me to get another urine test, essentially starting over and delaying medication further. Finally he's able to get me in that same morning for a telemedicine call with the provider. The call takes about 5 minutes, nothing out of the ordinary, and he prescribes me antibiotics for the UTI. In the end I'm charged for both the initial visit/tests as well as the official follow-up call that was "required" in order to get antibiotics, which I finally received 5 days after my initial appointment and 7 days after my initial symptoms appeared. It's clear that the only reason an official follow-up appointment was required was to bill me and my insurance for a second visit. I had high hopes for Total Men's after my initial primary appointment, but this latest experience was completely unacceptable and has left me angry and upset. In short, I'm done with Total Men's and will be seeking out a new primary care provider moving forward. read more

Went and had a rapid Covid Test done. 10/10 recommend for a quick easy same day nasal swab test. All though the nasal swab is always uncomfortable service and clinical as a whole is definitely worth going. read more

I have total men's primary care for more than 1 year. If you just would like some preventative check ups, it's ok. But if you pay an office visit to them, they will charge more than an urgent care would charge you; and they don't care if they are your primary care provider or not. I got charge ~$80 for a simple 10 mins visit for an digestion issue, even after my insurance paid ~$40 for it. With the out of pocket cost higher than urgent care, why would you still go to this place as your primary care? Also, you will probably not find a real M.D. for your visit. They mostly likely will assign a nurse practitioner for you. I'm not aware that they have any M.D. If you go to urgent care, you will probably talk to a M.D. Overall, I would strongly recommend to stay away from them and to look for another primary care provider who are more qualified and affordable. read more

Easy Appointment scheduling ( looking for new Primary since mine was booked out until January ). Multiple locations, Clean facilities, Showed up early for appointment, was seated right away anyway in the exam room, Doctor was less than 5 minutes for wait, Staff was Friendly and Doctor listened to my issues and was able to prescribe appropriate medicines. Was able to sleep through the night for first time in months. Greatly recommend and I will be changing over as my Primary. read more

I am looking for a new primary care practice closer to my home. I contacted this location to inquire about their typical patient visit practices. I wanted to know if they limited your access to the M.D. and utilized a Nurse Practitioner in certain cases. The response I got was absolutely shocking. The person told me they don't have any MDs at their location, *ever*. All the visits are by Nurse Practitioners. She indicated the Nurse Practitioners are supervised but did not even know where the MDs are located. I, personally, do not want to risk my personal health by leaving a medical diagnosis in the hands of a nurse. Nurses are not Medical Doctors. read more

My husband and I made appointments for covid antigen tests 3 days in advance without any trouble online. There were many appointment times and days to choose from which was nice. The website also gives you the option to submit your insurance information ahead of time which we loved being able to knock out so we could spend less time in the actual building the day of the appointment. Once we arrived we were pleased to see a clean lobby and be greeted by a friendly receptionist. The test itself was the nasal swab, not fun but they made it as efficient and nice as they could. Everyone was masked correctly and the space felt clean. We were in and out super quick and will be back for future testing needs. read more

Absolutely fantastic experience. Did not have an appointment but they fit us in anyway for Covid testing prior to travel. The young man at the desk helped me by literally checking me in on my phone and researching my out if state insurance. He completed the process for me and my husband rather than watch us struggle. They agreed to just take a $20 new patient fee and wait for our insurance to sort out the $200 testing fee. Other emergency cate facilities (we tried 2) wanted over a thousand on a credit card up front. The young lady who performed the test was vet gentle and reassuring. The doctor was kind, professional and patient with us. They used a newer test with a flexible q tip that was more comfortable. This test has a 90% accuracy rating. Done in 35 minutes while they were busy with no appointment. I could not recommend them more highly. They are fantastic. Thank you for making a challenging situation on Boxing Day easier. I just wish more people knew about you so they could receive the sam outstanding care as us. read more

This location is super clean and everyone is dealt with was super friendly. I was a new patient suffering from a nasty summer cold. Overall, I was in an out in under 45 minutes, after making a quick and painless online appointment at their website. You fill out your own medical info on a computer when you arrive (took me 2-3 mins), so that you don't have to mess with filling out forms and having to wait on someone to type it all in afterwards. I am going back soon for a physical, and I was very impressed with these folks and how they conduct their business. Every piece of their process and facility seemed to be thought out, in order to make a guy want to come back for more medical care. I am not sure you could design it much better, unless they had a skeet range out back, for after my appointment! read more

I booked an appointment and drove 45 minutes north to get to it, only to be told they were too far behind and there were "10 people in front of me". I stood in front of the plexiglass window as the woman told me this and explained that I had an appointment, and she said "nope, doesn't look like we'll be able to see you today." She never even looked at me. I never saw her eyeballs. She must hate her job or just not be in the right profession if she can't take the minimal energy to look a pregnant woman in the face as she sends her away from a health check. read more
