Edward showed us about 7 apartments, almost weekly, and was extremely accommodating and patient with us each visit. Myrna in the leasing office was very helpful when we had questions. We finally decided on a really cool unit in a renovated mansion in Mount Washington and we couldn't be happier. The entire process from viewing rentals to communicating with Edward, Myrna and Leslie went smoothly and continued throughout the application and approval process. We moved in yesterday and they had cleaned and spruced up the place and left us a bag full of move in goodies with a welcome note. How nice! So far things have been ideal. I will update this review in 6 months to rate the place, management and maintenance but I expect it will still be five-stars if my first impression is any indication of how this company does business.

It doesn't cost that much to do a background + credit check, unless the property managers are shaving some $$ off for themselves. That's a good little haul just to run applicant credit. People can run their own credit check for free, but of course they won't except a credit check from Equifax, TransUnion, or Experian.

In Nov 2020 my neighbor called the rental office for a laundry room key and the same maintenance man tried to rape her in the laundry room. Cross country never notified residents or fired him. He pleaded guilty to second degree assault and the attempted rape charge was dropped. He is still employed at cross country and still lives on premise. Aside from that the buildings are old. The pipes are old. The toilets back up every week. It's mold on the bathroom. There is no parking.

Spiderwebs, dirt, mold and bugs everywhere. No one takes out the community trash in the laundry room. I guess I am expected to clean up after everyone. The ugly- 1- Only one old and small washer and dryer per unit, 2 bucks EACH load 2- Property management is rude, condescending and not understanding (the property manager in the main office is a returnee and is part of the reason the friend who referred me here has actually moved out after two years. He wants to have a lengthy conversation about each item you need to discuss over the phone. I work and go to school full-time so it is hella inconvenient)

I called just about every other day to get an update and keep getting told the same thing. I paid $230 for an application fee and holding fee for my unit which I still haven't been able to tour. They first told me that the apt wasn't ready to tour because maintenance was working on the apt & then turned around and told me that the current tenants did not move out of the apartment which is why I can't tour. My move in date was supposed to be September 20th. Today is September 20th and I still have yet to receive a call or update regarding this issue. I'm now seeing reviews of other people experiencing the same exact lie ! Update 09/28/2023 I have complained to management about my issues and requested a full refund of which both managers denied me! Metropointe also fraudulently updated my lease twice without my knowledge, consent or signature. I never received phone calls or emails during this time. After I sent these screenshots to them they disabled my ability to access the website. Metropointe & Aion management are liars and thieves!

Neighbors will make noise all hours of the day, unchecked. Smoke will pour in from the connected vents, so tenants will partake in whatever their neighbors do, day and night. The one saving grace of this once truly beautiful community continues to be the maintenance staff and their ability to quickly and efficiently correct any problems that may arise. To also point out management is never in the office or available even lied and said they would be there for me to turn my keys in and when i arrived no one was there so i put them in an envelope sealed it wrote on it and stuck it in the door seal since they also do not have a drop box and took a picture of me leaving it there , horrible management and apartments i recommend to stay away.
