I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

Maston's Plumbing & Drain troubleshot our plumbing system with a camera and discovered it was…read morealmost completely clogged; they also found out the backflow preventer installed on our 20-year-old house was not up to plumbing code and needed to be replaced; this was most likely the reason our plumbing line was clogged. We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. A plumber showed up and told me that the slab and tile would have to be busted up and he could not complete the work that day and would schedule the repair the following Thursday. He claimed it was a big repair and would take some time- he told me it was cost $2440.00 When Thursday came- Aspen Plumbing sent 2 different plumbers out to make the repair. They arrived at 9:30 am. They said they needed to go to the plumbing supply to get more material for the job. They were gone 1 hour. They made the repair and left at 12:30 pm. They spent a total of 2 hours making the repair and left. They did a good job and were very courteous; however, my problem is with the labor rate. I was led to think this job would take maybe all day the way the first plumber talked. The material they used did not cost over $50.00. That is a labor rate of over $1000 per hour- that is outrageous to me. In spite of their quick reply and doing a good job- I cannot recommend them with a positive review. I feel this is a unethical business practice and they took advantage of the situation.
