To say Lindsay saved our day is an understatement! My husband and I were set to close on our home via an out-of-state, mail-away closing on a Thursday, but due to miscommunication between our mortgage loan processors, our closing got pushed back Friday, which also happened to be a federal holiday. Yah, you. Don't go it alone. Settlement Ink are really pros. Over that past eight years, I've personally had Joy Siegel or Moira Olevsky handle the refinance and settlements of my principal residence and several investment properties. While different lenders have a variety of fees, forms and operation standards they follow -- and they are all different -- having a consistent settlement team in my corner gives me peace of mind. The team is professional. They don't procrastinate so you know well ahead of time if the lender needs something or the realtor is missing something. They communicate via phone call or email, however works best for you. They push the lenders when needed to keep them on task and they expect that everyone involved come to the table ready to go. After several transactions over the years, I began to realize that coordinating a team of realtors, lenders, underwriters, clients etc., most of whom don't know each other, is not a task for shrinking violets. The team is personable, professional and do not mess around. Personally, I want the most professional, successful, visible, kick-butt attorney on my side. Settlement Ink gives me that.
