There was nothing dirty about it. You can't replace a zipper without a clean jacket being washed first? Now I have to go home and wash a clean jacket and go back again? Give me a break. Many other places to go. I won't be going back there. Update: I went to the tailor on 33rd and Francis Lewis Blvd....they charged me $35 and didn't need to wash a clean jacket.

While it wasn't possible to make the coat look exactly like new, Tiktok did a great job--as good as humanly possible, I'm sure--and the coat is wearable again.
