I have been to my brothers house a ton and the streets are always kept clean, the landscaping is so nice, and the grass is always cut fresh. Also, the clubhouse is super nice and throughout the year they do really nice programs for the community members like an Easter Egg Hunt and other fun things as well. The pools are resort style and are kept super nice. They have a big slide, and a kids water playground that is fun for the little ones. If you are looking for a spot to host a birthday party this would be a great one for kids. This is a great place to spend the day relaxing and hanging out. I really recommend this neighborhood!

The first year and a half weren't that bad. The place has declined in the last year or so. Stairwells and breezeways are filthy, paint peeling. Pool has black around the drains on the floor and green algae growing on the side walls. Complain to the office and they say "we have a pool company". They need a new one! The guys spends about 10 minutes when he is there. People/underage kids partying in the club room all hours of the night, with a ridiculous noise level. Tell the office about it and they tell you to call for the security officer when that happens. Call security...nothing. Call Pasco SO and they may eventually show up. I can't say I blame them, they have more pressing issues, I'm sure. And it was only the last year that I had to call security. Never had any trouble for the first year +. Non residents using pool, garbage compactor (breaks quite often), gym, and hanging out in the stairwells. They do not believe in preventive maintenance at all. Cheap fixes, that's it. I had maintenance at my place for Leaking faucets at least 4 or 5 times. 2 days later, leaking again and you pay for water. Anything you Advise the office of, results in Nothing! They hand you a line of crap just to get you out of the office. You can rent much nicer, newer places with many more amenities than what MAA has to offer.

The gentlemen that Sam sent for the move were right on time as promised. These guys broke their backs moving my numerous boxes, couch, tv and bedroom set. Called a few hours later to say they were close to my place and would be there soon. Had to call back again to say it was not my day. I was moving 1 month away. They were sorry. Moving day they did not wrap my furniture and put a 7 inch scratch on my dining table. They left 2 big nuts and bolts laying next to my headboard and I have no idea where they go. They did put plastic around one end of my coffee table because I advised them that the top pulled up so you can eat or work on computer and it slid back down. They must have let it flip open and the screws were stripped and could not be fixed. I was only able to screw in a few screws and cannot use it because I'm afraid it will collapse. My mattress was put on upside down and being 70 it was extremely difficult for me to get it off and flip it. The one guy let me know in conversation that his first day on the job he wore flip flops. My friends were right when they said I should have cancelled them when they were a month early and called again to say they were close. I did tell them that night when I got home from work that I was really concerned about still using them. I do not and would not ever recommend them to anyone.
