They did not inform me upon pick up and looking back seemed to cover it up because they took my dogs harness and went back and put it on him to cover up the 1 inch cut. I called and no "recollection" of it happening and turned it around on me as if it was there before Which I assured them it was not. SHE WAS LAUGHING. Very unprofessional. When I asked about paying the vet bill she spoke to me like I was 2 years old and could not understand English . She had told me she would not be covering anything over the grooming amount of the dog.... SHE CUT A CHUNK OF MY DOGS EAR OFF. She could not be bothered!! bringing my dog NEXT DOOR (literally an attached building) to the vet !!! "I have other dogs to attend to" YOU CUT MY DOGS EAR OFF AND ITS NONSTOP BLEEDING. Please note there were 2 employees working with only 3 dogs. I get accidents happen BUT to lie, and belittle your clients! Shame on you. I've never heard of it, but I really wanted to make sure that the dog had somewhere to stay where he would have a good time, be taken care of, and we could trust that when we got him back it would be in the same shape we left him. Pet Paradise is not a one size fit all place. You can definitely customize it to your pups liking. We were able to drop off our own food and leave a note of how much food the dog should have per day. They have a pool for the dogs to play in, an outdoor area where they can interact with the workers, and each dog has its own kennel. You have the option to choose what type of kennel you want, and we opted for the patio one so that Zero (the dog), would have access to indoors and outdoors. We are also able to get his nails clipped, balm applied to his paw pads and his nose, and he got a bath while he was there. We also were able to make sure he got a chicken treat every day! With the online customization option you can definitely have it your way with your pup. We ended up spending about $330 for five days which is so reasonable and we will definitely be using Pet Paradise in the future for our travel needs. Our dog came home with a lot of energy and we were so happy that he was safe.

She has never been aggressive or rough with him, and I can tell he feels safe with her because despite hating being groomed, he still runs up to say hi to her every visit. I decided to give her a try. I must say Lidia did not disappoint! Chumley (Lhasa) was given a teddy bear cut while Scooter ( King Charles mix) was cleanly shaved. Lidia listened to my desires and did a stellar job caring and grooming my boys. The enclosed photos show the detail to attention and dedication to her craft. $48.00 each per small dog (before tip) is a very reasonable price to pay for a cut, nail trim, anal glands expressed and teeth cleaning. Kudos for stellar job and excellent service!!! I'll be coming back every other month for my dogs grooming needs.

Kids were no worse for wear when we picked them up and we were able to relax at least a little bit being without them. Peace of mind is essential when you can't be there.
