My favorite of the day was Zephaniah where we actually got to tour the vineyards and see the grounds. The trip was well organized and everything flowed smoothly. We never felt rushed and had adequate time at each winery. We were each provided with a 6 bottle tote bag which made purchasing bottles much easier. Lunch was also provided and included sandwiches, fruit, potato salad, and dessert as well as water and soft drinks. We would definitely sign up with Virginia Wine Tours for another event! She was timely and communicated with me ahead of time. Additionally, she was accommodating to my demanding group who needed temperatures adjusted (this was early August) and music selections (she asked if anyone had a playlist). Prior to arriving at each venue, we were provided some background and things we should know in advance. She more or less herded us from place to place, which was actually quite comforting. I felt very well taken care of AND seen as I was the only one on the tour not drinking, but I was provided water and other beverages over the course of the day.
