I just spent over $1000 in their store and they just walk away?? Are you kidding me?? Luckily I had three amazing friends with me who helped me pull and try on as many coats as possible to find one that would be a decent fit for the cold winter months ahead. This store would not give me a refund. Any other store would have given me a refund or purchased the coat I wanted in the bigger size. I couldn't believe the snarky comments coming out of the employees mouths. My friends were flabbergasted at the attitude the employees were spitting out at us. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! I rather go to a store like Holt Renfrew or Mendocino where they do what needs to be done to make the customer happy. Holt Renfrew will fix products that need mending and their customer service is way better. Mendocino would have ordered me the coat in the larger size in a heartbeat. This store was so nice to me when I spent over $1000 here but as soon as I wanted to make an exchange or get a refund they couldn't care less. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!! The Japanese ladies helping us downstairs in the CG vault are super patient, knowledgeable about CG offerings, and provided suggestions for jackets in the right TEI rating for DC winters. Even though I didn't end up buying mine from Due West since we were in a different part of town prior to leaving Toronto, their suggestions helped me narrow down the jacket I eventually bought and love in this weather. They also offer Fusion Fit for petites that we didn't find calling around other CG resellers like Holt Renfrew. The wide-selection and availability in sizes definitely makes this a good spot to get a good dose of goosey warmth.

Over five years ago, I decided to change my eating and lifestyle habits. I lost sixty pounds and have kept it off, which is a challenge being a foodie! Anyway, shopping for anything at Gap is no longer an issue. I shop here often. My size remains constant here. It's nice being in a holding pattern! I also get great clothes at discount prices. I have a navy blue skirt that has light pink stripes going down it. It has pockets, which are both practical and cute. I got this skirt for $10 and continue to wear it. It's one of my favourite pieces. I rarely shop at regular Gap stores. I am always at an outlet store. This one is at Heartland. It can get busy. However, there are plenty of parking spaces. The change rooms are bright and clean. I never feel pressured to try everything on quickly. The lineups can be long, but I am patient. Staff are friendly. I can't complain. (14)

I do not want others to experience what happened to me. Back in January 2016, I brought in a Furla bag, some Coach bags, a lot of pairs of designer jeans (many were brand new with tags), a new pair of Brian Atwood boots and a gorgeous, new Laundry by Shelli Segal black leather motorcycle jacket that was buttery soft. The bags sold quickly but the other items lingered around for a while. Eva told me just to keep everything there because they were high-end items and would eventually sell. Some of the jeans were listed on average $85.00 a pair but, contrary to the agreement, my cut ended up only being about $12.00 a pair. When I inquired, I was told that the jeans in question were put on clearance. Regardless, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to leave my items there. In early October, I emailed Eva to advise that I no longer wanted my boots and leather jacket available for sale; however, there was no response. Three days later, I received notification that she sold my boots for $18.00. Again, I gave her the benefit of the doubt but decided to send her another email requesting again that she refrain from selling my leather jacket - no answer. Then I called and Eva's daughter answered but could not get me off the phone fast enough as she claimed the store was so busy. I told her I was on my way to pick up my leather jacket but she reluctantly agreed, saying that it normally takes 48 hour for her to pull it. Anyway, my two friends and I went straight over and we noticed Eva's daughter could not make eye contact with me. Instead, she went down to the basement for about three minutes and then advised that, because the jacket had been there since January, they donated it to charity and, apparently, that was part of the "agreement." I was upset but I figured if I did not thoroughly read the agreement then I was obviously at fault. My friends and I continued to look around the store and noticed almost all my jeans were still upstairs. When we went to the basement, we noticed a few more pairs and then became suspicious. Why would my leather jacket be donated to charity and not the jeans? I called Eva a few days later expressing my concerns. She too could not get me off the phone fast enough. Later that night, she called me back to advise that the jacket was stolen and, because she (not me) was at a loss, would only reimburse me $33.00; albeit, the jacket was listed for $298.00. She said she put the jacket down in the basement in clearance for 75% off and still took a cut for my item being stolen. In addition, I have never seen any new with tags leather jackets down in the basement! A few days later, I was notified that I only got $4.00 for a pair of my brand new with tags 7 for All Mankind jeans. I immediately called to have the account closed and arranged to pick up my stuff. When I arrived, one of the sales women (who was quite genuine) could not find it. I called Eva a few days later and, rather than take responsibility for everything that went wrong, she put blame on her staff. Nice. What upsets me the most is that I referred friends to Eva and initially spoke very highly of her. The fact that she chose greed over maintaining a good relationship is disgusting. The bottom line is that although I have no proof that she was involved in the theft of my jacket and was selling items under the guise of them being discounted to rock-bottom prices, isn't the writing on the wall? I would not be surprised if her store was eventually featured on Pat Foran's segment on CTV News.

I didn't see one bra that had any padding - mostly all sheer which is unfortunate because if you aren't blessed in the chest department I don't think they would look as well as compared to someone who could fill it out. Go outside and then upstairs is where the clothing is. Located on 2 levels it of course has the feel of Anthropologie and similar pricing. This week they have 30% off their sale items. Some jewelry, shoes but mostly clothes I wasn't that impressed by the clothing. I more so loved the lingerie. Meg is an individually owned shop and the owner herself designs all the wares. In other words the dresses are high fashion but not trendy - they can be worn from season to season - and they fit all body types from Kate Moss to Kelly Osborne. Oh and about the attitude...oddly there is none. The staff is very relaxed and actually leaves you alone when you claim you're 'just looking.' Whether it's grad season, wedding month, or I just plain want to look good, Meg is at the top of my list when it's time to be a showstopper.
