This office is busy and everyone in the office is super personable. Nordstrom style customer service, even the doctor makes time for his patients. After surgery, they give you a number you can text 24/7. And let me tell you, your text gets replied back ASAP. My chicken of a bf needed stronger meds and the doctor was able to call it in. Also, you are able to get your meds then and there without having to go to a pharmacy, which we appreciated. It will cost you more but it was more convenient for us.

He took one look at my mouth and did not do anything to evaluate and see if my pain is related to the crown or my gum. He just said I have to go back to the original prosthodontist.
