I could hear the technicians working on cars talking to each other. Really positive and upbeat. The technician who fixed tire came out with the nail to show me what caused the problem. Very friendly and helpful. I expected a long wait and was OK with that but they took my car in right away and fixed the tire. The whole thing was under an hour. Highly recommend this business.

So I call them and they tell me they still haven't looked at the car. And i know they didn't look at the car because it sat in the same parking spot for those 2 weeks. Anyways they call and tell me it was a drainage issue with my sunroof? well they certainly didn't fix it because the next time i go to drive my car in the rain theres a puddle of water where they were supposed to fix and the panels weren't even on properly. $400 for my car to sit in their parking lot and for them essentially tell me to fuck off! That award is well deserved and we always bring our cars here for service of all kinds. I am a systems engineer by training and these guys "speak my language"! We have two VWs that are 10 years old and thanks to the Chesapeake Car Care team we expect another 10 years from these cars minimum! I have detected a pattern on the handful of one-star ratings here that are artificially driving down their Yelp score--someone with a beef (I am guessing a competitor who is unhappy they keep winning the Best of Pasadena award) asked a few of their friends to post a bunch of hyperbolic 1-star reviews--I notice that for each of these likely fake reviews the person has only ever submitted ONE review to Yelp ever--one guy even claims they forgot to put his oil filter on and it ruined his car--total nonsense.
