We had a leak somewhere in the several hundred feet of buried water lines on our property. Not wanting to chase a ghost and dig blindly since the lines are anywhere from three to four feet down, I called Severson Plumbing for their leak detection service. Jeff came out per our pre-arranged time and was on time. Very helpful, friendly and professional! He located all the buried lines and then charged the system with nitrogen. Within 15 minutes of charging the system he located the leak. I also had him check the rest of the lines since he was here and fortunately he didn't find any more leaks. Sadly I have some digging and repair to do but I'm super happy with knowing exactly where to dig. In my opinion the service was worth every penny and will save me a huge amount of time and work getting my leak fixed. I highly recommend Severson Plumbing if you have a leak you can't find. I should note that I called other companies too. Either I couldn't get someone to answer, they didn't call me back or were vague on the actual price. When I contacted Severson Plumbing they answered the phone, were upfront on the price and even called me back as necessary to work out the time arrangement since I had to work between appointments that I had already arranged. We had a domestic water heater replaced yesterday by Conrad and all we can say is...top notch service!! This man went above and beyond for us, all the while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. The wrong water heater was ordered, requiring him to call around town to secure another one. This also required a trip back into town as we live about eight miles out. He returned with the new water heater only to discover upon opening that it had been damaged. The box was not damaged at all, which means the damage likely occurred in manufacturing. Guess what? He had to call again to secure yet another water heater! Successful in that endeavor, another trip into town, and he returned with the new one. The install went quickly, even changing out the overflow tank and repositioning it correctly on the cold water instead of the hot. All is working perfectly, with our water getting hotter at a lower temp than our old system, and we could not be more pleased. We will recommend Severson Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. So, as an employee of Severson Plumbing I can honestly say that they are the best plumbing company that I have worked for in my almost 20 years in this industry. We woke up to a soaked carpet, water soaked walls etc in our kitchen. We found the water line to the refrigerator had failed during the night. We were able to shut the water off but didn't know if the plumbing was still leaking inside the wall. I called Severson to get some emergency help since my regular service provider that I have a monthly contract with wasn't able to provide immediate help! Paul was very courteous, helpful and understanding to my situation and scheduled Brian to come to our home as soon as possible. Brain was here in 1 1/2 hours from the time of my call and was able to resolve the problem.We had a compression coupling on the ice maker/water line to the refrigerator that failed over night causing extensive water damage to our kitchen, pantry, walls, flooring, carpeting, adjoining bedroom floor etc. Thankfully there wasn't any more leaking but unfortunately the damage was already done! I called Severson to find and fix a pipe leak which was behind my wall, and leaking from the kitchen drain upstairs to the bedroom downstairs - it was a tricky one to find for sure. Brian Segalla was the plumber who found my leak and fixed the issue for good. I was impressed with Brian's service level and quality of work. He traced the leak quickly to the upstairs kitchen and carefully cut a small access hole to the cracked pipe from behind the drawers of my custom cabinets. Nobody wants to have to cut through custom cabinets to fix a leak, but Brian's precision work remedied this issue quickly and discretely - I appreciate that very much! Moreover, Brian sent detailed photos and video to highlight the issue and the fix, which I appreciated as a remote owner. I've used Severson twice now on emergency occasions. One for a hot water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced, and one for a sewer main back up in our house. Jason and his team went above and beyond each time they were here. For the hot water heater, Jason directed me to an on demand unit and his guys installed it with copper pipes that were perfectly parallel, with super neat welds, and a very tidy and neat network or wires and pvc piping. For the main, his guy came after 5pm, worked past 8pm, with a smile on his face, good banter, and a great attitude. I feel like it's rare to find a company full of friendly, helpful, people, the kind you want to get a beer with, and Jason and his team deliver. Highly recommend. read more

Woke up this morning to no hot water. Got same day service to repair heating elements and thermostat at a very fair price. Austin asked for email pics of our water heater and info prior to leaving their shop in Bend to save time and money. Paige his apprentice was great and I'm sure she will learn much under Austin's tutelage. I should mention that we live out towards Prineville Reservoir a good 50 miles from their location and STILL got the same day service!! I can't say enough great things about these guys... We had a leak in our sump tank discharge pipe (not certain that's what it's actually called) and we couldn't find a plumber that could help us in a timely fashion. Except Mr. Rooter which wanted to charge us "between $450-650" which was ridiculous for the work that needed to be done. I have a rental house built in 1950 that had the original broiler as its heat source. After making a number of calls regarding replacing the old broiler, I had an appointment with Mitch from Severson Plumbing. He was extremely helpful and provided 3 options for this project.
