Our place is in Knoxville's Old City with off- & on-street parking, which was no problem at all. He arrived with his own water and power. He spent several hours detailing each car's interior, exterior and engine compartment. Neither has looked or smelled this good since purchase! And we basically did nothing except provide access to the cars; Kyle did the rest.

It took him until 5 pm to change it, but he forgot his essential wheel bearing tool the snap ring wrench. So he had to go get it and I had to send him money to get it with! Then he comes back and all I hear is whack! Whack! Whack! Whack! And I'm thinking is that normal? Well he pretty much ran away from the scene. My ABS sensor is broken now and o have no speedometer and I have a hybrid so I need that abs sensor!! I can't believe this guy is in business he must have paid for all his "five star reviews" there's just no way. He completely ghosted me when I asked him to come back and fix the busted sensor. Absolutely do NOT call this guy to break your car!

We needed someone to quickly help us determine what was wrong and have it resolved so we could make it home. Matt at the front desk was sooo nice and accommodating while we waited. They gave us a car so we could get around town a little while we waited. We were in and out in a few hours and our van was back all fixed up. Would definitely recommend these guys! We definitely had a pretty pricey bill at the end but that's expected with Mercedes, we felt like they took care of us and we trusted their expertise. We maybe would have questioned a few of the things they fixed prior to having all the work done, but either way we were VERY happy they got us in so fast and had the work done same day. That alone is worth the possible extra money :)!

Leaked oil all the way home and had oil spread all over the underside of the truck. I noticed the puddle on the pavement when I got home. Turned around and took it right back. Fixed and washed. 2nd visit - truck died on the road had it towed here where they found it was a failed high pressure oil pump. They offered to also fix the rip in the side panel of the drivers seat. Pump was replaced, but didn't work, so they had to go back in and replace it again. Got it back after a week. When they handed the keys back, I noticed 2 things, the replaced leather seat panel didn't match. Terrible job there. The truck isn't a show truck, so not that big of a deal. But the "oh heck" handle on the drivers side had been ripped out and was just hanging there. Nobody noticed this on the test drive? Kidding me? The manager even drove my truck to the office for me. Didn't even put it in Drive. They replaced the handle with one from a parts truck they had right there and then. 2 weeks later I had a towing job to pull a tractor to Charlotte. Well, first time the turbo went over 15 psi, the turbo hose blew off. The mechanics didn't know they had clean and tighten the hose clamps after the oil pump replacement. Stranded me on the road for an hour waiting for the turbo area to cool down enough to slip the hose back on and limp it home. On the towing return trip, the truck overheated, found that I had lost 3 gallons of coolant over the trip. Reason? The mechanics didn't put a radiator clamp on the upper radiator clamp! Was slowing leaking coolant. The guys are so very incompetent. Stay away!

No paperwork, no response and shoddy workmanship plus we paid $3250 for their work and they don't have the courtesy to call us back? I would not trust this business with another car!!!!! Norton's in New Market; they drove approximately 5 miles, loaded it up, 5 miles back to their lot. Charged $375. That's correct, not a typo, $375. They advertise as being open 24 hours but we called just after 11:00 PM to ask if we could come and get the car....guy said no after huffing and puffing for 30 seconds. We then asked if we could get some important heart medicine out of the car. Nope. Went to pay the tow bill and pick up the car next morning...$375. I made sparky comment about how high the bill was and the guy says, "did you see the other car?" What a stupid justification; what does that have to do with towing my car? Nothing. It's a racket, not "policed" very much at all. They charge what they want because they have your car and you ain't getting it until the extortion fee, I mean tow bill, is paid. Be careful who you ask for if you're ever in an accident and need towed. Rating is an absolute 0. That's ZERO.
