I'm confused as to why these "specialists" couldn't look at the places they are telling him about. we don't work on cars. if we are trying to pay you to put a motor in I don't think it's unreasonable at all to expect you, the business to find a dam motor. they didn't want to work on his car. they were trying to talk him into scrapping the civic and getting another car because the labor alone was going to be so high. o yesterday they had his car towed they called him a couple times and he missed the calls mostly due to the fact that he works third shift. when I callled to give the so called manager Nick a piece of my mind he starts with all this"we are a business and we contacted him several times and told him what was up". I asked why they didn't call me. We have the same name, they have my number because I got an alternator installed the month before that they got right in the second try. isnt it amazing how the tow company didn't have any trouble ag all getting ahold of him. they got him in the first try! in my interactions they only care about their convenience and not much about the customers. we came up there together in the car they fixed for me on the second try and didn't identify us as father and son and that would have been the perfect time to tell him they are too lazy to find him an engine and if he can't find one by 30 days they are going to tow his car. if yiu are having car trouble save yourself the hassle and take your car towed Lerch's. they gave great prices and are well worth the wait. I wouldn't let these people work on a go cart after these 2 interactions.

Initially he thought it was the alternator making the noise and replaced it. Once replaced the noise was still happening, and he found out that it was the water pump. He called immediately and let us know that it wasn't the alternator (didn't charge for anything to do with it), and that the water pump wouldn't be available until the following day. Very honest and up front. Although he is in halls now , I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Kyle took a quick drive in my car and knew exactly what was wrong. I had to replace two motor mounts, which were a pretty penny, but considering it would have cost considerably more elsewhere, I was OK with it. Plus, she purrs like a kitten again. Then it was still leaking so they told me it was the rear seal and charged me $500 to replace that. Then it was still leaking, I took to a place that knew what they were doing and 10 min later told me it was my torque converter. Now I'm out $700 and can't afford to fix the actual problem. Do not go here unless you want headaches.

He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me.
