I was on a two-year lease and then it went month-to-month and she's trying to hold me to a 60 day notice where in the state of California you only have to give a 30 day notice at that point so she's deducting over $800 because of that which is unlawful and fraudulent. She also said there was unusual wear and tear on the condominium. This is absolutely false the condo is in just as good if not better shape as when I moved in. Every hole that was in the wall for a picture was filled with spackle I paid a cleaning Lady $200 to clean the condo before leaving. She also changed the locks on me prior to me being able to remove my $150 ceiling fan that I installed my gas fire pit in the backyard and also my bench that I had built total value of about $1000. She also charged me for a Rekey fee Which is unlawful and fraudulent in the state of California as well. I will be seeking legal action in small claims court to get my fair share of my money back. This is a complete fraudulent in abuse of power by a realtor and a property manager. Renters and buyers Beware this is completely unethical behavior.
