I have used them on a few occasions. They did a great job on the jobs I gave them including a dress alteration and a zipper replacement. I am not sure how the world of alteration pricing goes, but I would say that their prices are average to high. They also took a long time for my alterations, especially with my dress alteration, but to their defense they did have it ready by the time they promised. It was over a month. They are very flexible there. I was able to have the dress fitted on my daughter while I was not there and then pay for it over the phone. I took two pairs of pants and strappy romper in the other day to have them shortened. I've had several items of clothing altered here...mostly shortening pants. This is how it goes when you're only 5'1"! You can take clothes in already pinned how you need them altered or you can try them on in the shop for her. She's always busy, so the wait may be longer than you expect. But the work is top notch. I've been happy with everything she has altered for me. Wish there was an option for no stars. The lady (assuming she was the owner) is just rude. Took 2 pairs of shorts in to get a button sewn on and when she asked when do you need them.. I simply replied... no certain day if your busy, there's no need to rush them if someone else has something important they need finished. To which she replied "just pick a freaking day. Rude and poor quality of work. My pants were charged to be fixed. Within one wash the third fell out. The button came off. Then the owner wanted to say it was my handling. It was brought back three days later. She was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend to anyone!!! Ever!!! read more

These guys are great! And cheap!! Took a leather jacket that zipper was broken. Other places wanted $60 or more to repair. Sew Perfect looked at jacket and was honest. $5 for zipper if it worked. Just plain rude!! This lady was as rude in person as she was over the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she may have been swamped with calls or just having a bad day. When I arrive the next day to drop off my actual piece needing altered, she had zero people skills. I paid an extra amount to get my items returned quicker than normal. I did not receive a phone call they were finished on promise date so I called again and got the same rude, short behavior over the phone. I'd give 0 stars if possible. I took pants in there to get hemmed and 3 pants were not done. She wanted to charge me more. She was intellectually said if non of them fit right bring them back and I'll fix them for free. I called her and told her what was going on. She said oh it's fine no problem bring them back and I'll fix them for free. Then when I tried the first pair on to get fixed she wanted to charge another 15 dollars. When I brought up the fact she told me twice in the same day it was fine and it would be free to fix she got rude and hateful and I just left. Now I have to pay twice for 3 pants that should have done right the first time. read more

Not sure if it let me change to 1 star but if it didnt I am verbally saying 1 star and that is since the owner is nice but nice doesnt make your clothes look good when they hemmed your pants improperly. Do not take your pants here if you have jeans or any pants with spandex in them, they cannot hem them properly. They come out with ripples in the bottom of them in the fabric. I have gotten 40 pairs of pants hemmed that had spandex in them in another state but when I moved here took my jeans there and they came back looking really unprofessional. I took them back and he still messed them up and no money back. Most jeans now days for women are 98 or 97% cotton and 2 or 3% spandex so dont know what the deal is with them messing up a basic hem job in pants. read more

I took a long formal dress in to get altered for my sons wedding due to the length was to long. When I picked the dress the dress up I was told they were really busy which they were. I didn't try the dress in until the next day and it was the same length it was when I dropped it off. I tryed calling them but it was after hours. I was very upset due to ai trusted it would be right due to it was only being hemmed. Because there was 2 layers under the dress tryed duct tapping the length but there was to much fabric it didn't hang right. I ended up cutting the 2 layers out under the dress then duct tapping the bottom of the dress. When I went back in and spoke with one of the owners and told her I was not happy with there service she stated she would have to get with the other owner but they guarantee there work and something will be done. The other owner called me and the best she could do was $50.00 in alterations. I was shocked that they charged me $100.00 for a alterations that was not done right on a dress that I was wearing to my sons wedding on one of the most important day of my life and I ended up having to cut the dress and the only thing they could do was a credit for further alterations was horrible. They couldn't do it right the first time on dress but want me to come back again? Shame on them for not doing the work that I paid them to do. They do not guarantee there work! read more

These people are GREAT! I've tried 3 alteration shops in Greenwood and this lady has my total business now and I've referred several friends. Jeans/pants hemming good, fast, reasonable for simple hems.($9). I've hesitantly paid $12 other places. They ask YOU when you need it done, not the standard "that will be a week". They also tapered some dress pants in the hips that I had for a wedding. Perfect job, reasonable time, reasonable price. Sometimes they might be able to do a simple hem while you wait, but I do not expect this of a shop. Some people bring a dress rip in that they haven't worn for months and would like it same day. I try to be very considerate of their situations and do not EXPECT a result immediately. Very friendly. Great job. Great Price. My Home for alterations now. Thanks so much. Unbelievably disappointed with this place. I went in for an appointment to alter my wedding dress. From the moment I walked in there the lady literally looked down her nose at me. All I asked was if she could accomplish a V-neck line for my dress and she was very rude to me. She remarked at how I was trying to "remodel" my dress and treated me like I was a spoiled, entitled little brat. I was never anything but friendly and asked questions to try to understand better why it wasn't possible and every response was rude and hateful. I will never go back there again. She could have told me she probably wouldn't be able to do it in a completely different manner and I wouldn't have been so upset, but to be treated like that is unacceptable. After being treated like that and being told basically that I'm being ridiculous and it's not possible, I went to Fena Alterations on 135 in Greenwood and she treated me very respectfully and had absolutely no questions about anything I asked her to do to my dress. read more
