Not to mention the horrible bait and switch tactics used. They advertise dresses that are $500.00 and less. When you go to the shop, there are very few dresses in that price range, and those are stuffed in a back room and look terrible. If you have to drive any distance to go to this shop, I recommend you save yourself the time and gas and shop somewhere else. You will not walk out with a $500.00 dress, they will coax you in to a $1500.00+ dress.

I ended up losing weight, so my actual address ended up being way too big. Karen was able to work her magic and bring the waist in as tight as I needed it to be, even with such a delicate fabric and style of dress. The bustle ended up working perfectly on the dance floor. I enjoyed the train for the pictures in the ceremony, but was able to party with no issues. Highly recommend!

Karen and Diane immediately said yes and dropped everything to ensure my dress would fit perfect for my big day. It was not a small task--very complicated material and lacing. They made my dress PERFECT. Not only did they make it fit, but they made it fit perfect for my body type. It seemed like it would be an impossible task, but they did it all in a matter of days. They took time to ensure that every little detail was absolutely perfect. They are also wonderful, caring and communicative people. I had so much fun at all my fittings!
