I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience. I brought in 4 items and only one came back…read moresatisfactory. One of my coats came back damaged and, one of my coats was not cleaned at all and one of the suit jackets was pressed wrong so it has a crease down the front. On the coat that wasn't cleaned they attached a hangtag that said they couldn't get a stain out, ok fine, but why didn't you clean it? It still had dog hair on it and loose dirt around the hem (and btw I got the stain out myself with dawn dish soap diluted in water). The other coat came back without a zipper pull and missing teeth on the zipper. How they managed that I don't even know. I'm out almost $200 after paying another dry cleaner to actually clean everything and a seamstress to repair the broken zipper. On top of that, I attempted to use their contact form to tell them about the issues and give them the chance to make this right. They said I would get a response in 24-48 hours, but no response was ever received.
