When I first arrived, I was ignored by multiple staff members including a manager while others who came in after me were helped first. It was honestly disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, especially noticing the difference in how customers were being treated. Thankfully, Kelly stepped up and showed what real customer service should look like. She was attentive, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of right away. If it weren't for Kelly, this review would have been very different. Management should take note, she's the standard of how customers should be treated.

The store was well stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks, and everything was easy to find without wandering around too long. The staff were friendly and got me checked out quickly, which I appreciated since I was trying to get back on the road. As I hurried into the gas station, I immediately found signage pointing to the restroom. I opened the door and WOW. The ladies bathroom here is very clean. Hands down, she was the star of the show or maybe I should say...hands-free. I so appreciated the hands-free opener on the bathroom door; it featured a foot pull, so you don't have to worry about getting germs on your hands right after washing. That's a real plus in the midst of a pandemic! One more thing...there is a McDonald's attached to MAPCO Mart. We didn't experience it personally, but another handy feature if you need a bit more fuel than a candy bar! :)

I've never seen this but was super happy for an opportunity to stay even more safe from germs. I can't say people were wearing their masks willingly as I watched them put them on to go inside, so needless to say, go gloves! Went indoors to use the bathroom to a super clean space. Signs on the doors stating to wear a mask and the retail space was pretty spread out. I did think it was odd there were still roller grill items albeit the items were in a single row on the furthest back roller. Anyway, bathroom was clean with the foot door openers which is mostly what I care about. Great job!!! And bonus, there is an attached McDonalds.

Today, Love's operates more than 600 locations across 42 states They are concentrated mainly in the Central and Southern US (especially Texas, Oklahoma, the Midwest, and Southeast). I have stopped at several of these stations in my travels. They are consistent in being fairly clean and well stocked with pleasant staff. This location followed the same attributes. It was right off the interstate. So it was easy-on/easy-off There were gas pumps under shade and a store with parking in front. For travellers with dogs, they have a fenced-in area for dogs next to the pumps. They share the building with Hardees in case you want to get a fast food meal and they have extra parking to the side. The pumps and store were clean although it was busy. The bathrooms were reasonably clean and the staff was pleasant. Overall, a good place to stop for a bathroom break or to get a snack or gas.

It is a travel stop, so heavy foot traffic and usually fairly busy. As with most other travel stops, they have a variety of goods outside of snacks and drinks to include clothing, personal items, a few electronics, souvenirs, etc... The store is in good condition only showing the basic wear and tear you have at a travel stop. Cleanliness is usually pretty solid, however the bathrooms and parking lot needed attention on my recent stops. Overall, Love's are great spots and I appreciate this location for those trips!

True, nobody really enjoys the process. But it doesn't exactly make it any better when the gas station essentially holds you hostage -- blasting a message at full volume just as the gas starts to flow letting you know that they have hotdogs and hot coffee inside. Stand up for freedom: The freedom to be left alone by corporations trying to sell you stuff for those few remaining moments of life that they haven't yet infiltrated. What's next? The store is good size, features a solid variety of your quintessential snacks, drinks, supplies, goods, etc...and has a Subway attached. This is a standard MAPCO for the most part that also has a service entrance and pumps for truckers. Convenient when cruising up or down 24, and the gas prices are fairly competitive for the limited resources in the immediate area. The place is clean, and as with most gas stations, conditionally, it is a bit worn. Overall, convenient spot when needed.

When I chose this one, it was to be a Circle K according to Google Maps. But it was not when I got off the exit. Heck, even Google Maps wasn't even completely sure what this place was, or they chose to not send their vehicle all the way to the dead end of the highway that this sits on. According to them, it wasn't even a Circle K, it was a BP/Quiznos/Fast. A few things, obviously have changed. It is now a MAPCO, another regional chain of gas stations/convenience stores, with a Subway inside, instead of Quiznos. What I can tell you is that it was very convenient, even if it was not my intended stop. I was able to get fuel, and the prices were the norm for the area. After fueling up my vehicle, I went inside to use the facilities and grab a few items to fuel up myself as well. Clean and bright on the inside. Well organized, I was able to find the items I wanted quite fast and was on my way outside. When I got outside I was in no rush to get back into my vehicle, so I stretched my legs a bit before reentering the dead end highway. to get to the main highway.

I was rang up, but not spoken to. I know it is a transaction, but at least say something other than the total. Not only slightly awkward, but can come across a bit rude. I am sure that was not the intention, but... Overall, I usually do not stop off of this exit, but the need was there during this latest trip. Location is convenient, so it works when needed.
