Responsiveness: If I could give her 10 stars I would. I even asked her asking if she sleeps because I knew it was in the middle of the night sometimes her time. In general, she would alway reply back in an hour or less. I think she has sirens that go off when she gets an email. 4. Negotiation skills: she advised me on what I should offer and then repairs. The seller counter offered and we countered back. We got everything i wanted. All repairs were accepted. Couldn't have been more happy on this.
