When something goes wrong, they have an error code that takes them straight to problem and they can fix it quickly. They have bent over backwards to try and limit my costs and given me great advice. For example, they recommended a water softener and ever since we got one our water tastes better and we have had a lot less problems. Don't trust the other two reviewers who don't understand the cost savings of the boilers they use. They have installed 900 or more units in Eagle River and their service area and these are likely complainers who inherited a house that didn't get maintained or they didn't get a water softener.
