My call connected me to Britney who has amazing customer service skills, and she was anxious to get us taken care of. The second time I even asked her to look up the tech that helped us the first time and she did so gladly. A great first point of contact! When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Robert knows his equipment, makes great decisions on the fly and most of all, he is super customer focused. As a former industrial leader, I would gladly add him to my crew! Jamie called me and said he had some time to be there before our appointment, and if it was ok for him to come earlier. I couldn't have been happier. Jamie fixed the problem before I even got home, and then had Paul and Nick meet me up at my house. Paul and Nick were so helpful and explained to me exactly how my system worked. Paul sent me a text with a graph of septic tank pumping frequencies in years. They also walked my drain field out with me and explained how my septic system works. Great on time delivery service. I really liked having their wash station at our event too. I've done a lot of business with them and have referred them to others for their events. No one has been disappointed. This is a great service for any large event you have where you don't want people running though you house to use your personal bathroom. I also had a porta potty set up at the barn for years for extra convenience while out doing my chores. They have great regular service for those units.

It's possible they just didn't have the knowledge to do the repairs as they have only been licensed for this type of work for a small amount of time. Just because you can suck out a Porta pottie, doesn't give you the knowledge or experience to be a respectable sewer and septic company. My advice would be to choose someone with some knowledge and experience in their field. Buyer Beware.
