This is the second time I have worked with All Out Sewer & Drain Service and both times there was a main line problem (two different homes) and each time the response time was just a few hours and the cost was more than fair. My call connected me to Britney who has amazing customer service skills, and she was anxious to get us taken care of. The second time I even asked her to look up the tech that helped us the first time and she did so gladly. A great first point of contact! When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Robert knows his equipment, makes great decisions on the fly and most of all, he is super customer focused. As a former industrial leader, I would gladly add him to my crew! I had a plug in my drains, called them yesterday afternoon in a panic, they came out today. Was trying to figure out whether or not my tank had to be dug, not the cause, couldn't get it unplugged by the clean out, had to go on the roof and snake through the vent pipe, Justin you are my hero!!! We were in need of a sewer scope. The inspector had a guy...but he was booked up. The realtor had a guy....and he was booked up. In a panic I called my folks asking for a shout out in the cowlitz County area at the last minute. They recommend ALL OUT SEWER, who had done some work for them at Pleasant Hill Grange. And also friends and family have used them as well. Not only did All Out jump through hoops to work us in at a moments notice so it was the same time as the inspector....when they arrived they showed us all the underlying issues with a potential home purchase that could have cost of thousands and then some. DO NOT USE. They falsely advertise online that they provide free estimates, then find ways to charge you afterward so they can still make a profit. Their estimates are much more than their competitors as well (ie about $1k over Pacific Plumbing). read more

Had an issue at 9pm 12/23 and they answered the phone and came out the next morning and pumped the septic on Christmas eve. That was amazing service that didn't leave us hanging for the holiday. First off I want to start out by saying the Service Technicians (Rick, and some other unknown gentleman that I never got his name) were 100% awesome and this review is not a reflection of them. Yesterday I called All Out and got a quote from (later identified as the VP Seth's Grandfather) for a septic pump service. I was asked what size septic tank I had. I did not know at the time. I asked him to quote me for the larger size of they two typical residential size tanks (1000gal or 1250gal) he said are common. He calculated the cost of what the mileage was for what they charge and what the county charges. In the end the high quote was $570 +tax. Come this morning, All Out calls me and says they have an opening this morning available. I agreed to have them come out. They pumped my tank and had to come back to get the rest. Again the Service Technicians were awesome. I get to the paying my bill part. They wanted $2032.03. Even if it cost 3x as much as I was quoted it would have still paid $400 less than what they actually charged me. I called a couple different septic companies today and explained to them these charges and they were baffled at the price. Absolute robbery, I guess they recognize that I may be receiving some stimulus money. Either way, I got had and I hope you don't make the same mistake I did. Just another point of reference, I called NW Blue Sky and they said at most it would have cost me $1000 even for 2 trips. And after speaking to many more people around, I find out that this company may have great google reviews but they are know for crookedness. I will also post this review in all the fb groups around town as to prevent anyone else from having to feel robbed in the end after they quote you something very inaccurate. read more

I can't recommend this company enough. They were seriously so helpful. I was about $500 in the hole after having 2 different plumbers come to fix the problem I was having (clogged sewer line and sewage backed up into my bathtub). All Out came to save the day. They got here and not even 30 mins later everything was working fine. On top of that, the bill was pocket change compared to how much I had already spent on this problem. I will literally never call a different plumbing company again, because these guys really know what they are doing and will not leave a job halfway done. If you live in SW Washington, then definitely call these guys for your plumbing needs. You definitely will not regret it. read more

Great service twice. Once for a sewer scope prior to purchasing a house, the other to clear a clogged drain. Very courteous and professional staff who called before arrival and arrived promptly. In the case of the clogged drain, the technician went the extra mile to clear a stubborn clog, even going up on the roof to clear out the roof vent. Highly recommend. read more

The young fellow showed up in les than a day after I called. Friendly phone receptionist. The work was done quickly, he wore a mask as did I, he cleaned up the floor under the toilet as I asked him to and he was a pleasure to deal with. I am a retired homebuilder in the county and if anyone asked I shall recommend them highly. 5* in my book. read more

They came within a few hours of when called, even though it wasn't emergency, and were able to figure out where the tank was from a really crappy drawing. The guy seems to know what he was doing and got right down to work, with the total tab for a septic pumping coming to $600. read more

What great service!! I had a drain issue, and I called just after 11 am, and a tech was out at 2:30. Sean checked the septic tank to eliminate that as my problem then he snaked the drain quickly and efficiently! We are so lucky to have this locally owned business in our county!
