Frank responded to me within an hour and said he would be out today. He and his son came out. They communicated the whole time and asked before they did anything. Turns out our contractor installed a GFI that didn't work and our sump pump was plugged into the bad GFI. While Frank was here, he also fixed our sink. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced. Did a good job and also didn't shame me for not checking the GFI.

Mike came to help very quickly after we reached out to him, despite being swamped with tons of other similar complaints. He quickly addressed a huge range of issues ranging from cleaning and cameraing our sewer line to closing our stack drain, fixing our flooded out water heater, helping us with our boiler and radiators (which suddenly weren't working just as it started to get cold out), and more. Mike's honest and fair. He tells you what really needs fixing, what can wait, and is able to think creatively about solutions to save money/maximize value. It feels great knowing we have an honest contractor rooting for us instead of trying to squeeze us. We also wanted a camera inspection of our sewer main line to confirm the stuff we are using to keep the roots out is working. Nick gave a ballpark cost over the phone for the bore scope inspection and after seeing the shower gave us a quote on that. The prices were all fai and he replaced the galvanized stuff with brass which won't rust. The bore scope inspection confirmed no roots in the line and he called me downstairs so I could watch it. We are happy with Nick's service and prices. He's an honest contractor who won't try to take advantage of you.

The project was rescheduled multiple times due to issues they claimed to have with another job, and communication throughout the entire process was poor and inconsistent. We were often left waiting for updates or clarity on what was happening, and there was a lot of confusion around materials and scheduling. When the work was finally done, it was unfinished and uneven in several areas -- particularly around the trim where surfaces were not smoothed or blended properly. We really tried to be patient and understanding, but the lack of professionalism and accountability made this process frustrating. Would not recommend based on our experience.
