Moon Flight Car Wash, Dog Wash and Coffee is exactly what it sounds like. The coffee shop is the only portion that we used though and so this review will be about that only. Whenever we pulled up to the shop there was no one else there and we were quickly waited on. You can either use the drive through or the walk up window here and we choose the drive through. After perusing the menu my wife and I both went for one of the fall specials with her choosing a medium hazelnut latte while I went with a large cinnamon bun. As others have noted, it's not your usual coffee experience in that the store sells cigarettes and lottery tickets as well. So it's almost like a limited mini mart, but it served its purpose for us. After only a short wait both my wife and I had our coffees and we were on our way. My coffee here was hot and tasted exactly like what I ordered, a cinnamon roll. So it was very cinnamon forward and also somewhat sweet. Due to that I couldn't really taste the coffee or milk much, but that isn't surprising based upon what I ordered. My wife thought that her coffee here was good as well. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. We found Moon Flight to be convenient and that it had what we were looking for on this day.

This top priced wash didn't even take the dirt of the front and driver side of my car yet it left a load of soap on the other half. Also this was the second automatic bay I pulled into, the first one read my card but wouldn't progress on through so I had to pull out and go to the second bay and start over. Lastly I didn't get a receipt which I don't like, I guess the printer was broken too. No bueno. I would say avoid this car wash like the plague, it feels like a scam car wash and is definitely not worth the price.

The inside of the car wash seems clean and maintained, but the ordering kiosk is so worn that you cannot even read the options anymore. The pricing seemed pretty standard and it did remove all of the salt stains from my car. I think the only way to really value these places is to have the annual pass.

Lots of people parked at a pump to solely go inside, never getting gas for their vehicles. As for the pumps, careful the ones you are choosing. I had a hard time using the card reader at the pump. I attempted to swipe several times, but it would not read it. After some frustration it finally worked. Probably won't stop back again for a while here.

I had called the nearest dealership to me (strip district) for a quote on how much it would be and they said they would call me back twice, and never did. Then I figured I might as well drive a bit further to get it done and as soon as I called this dealership, the parts department gave me a quote on the bolts and the service department gave me a quote on labor and scheduled me. Adam was the service manager that gave me the quote that day and even checked me in for the service. Sometimes it's not the dealership itself, but the people that take care of you that you go for. Mike the head foreman was very honest and helpful and even agreed to do my state inspection that day so I wouldn't have to make another appointment to come back. Thanks for making it painless!

Took my A5 in for standard 60k maintenance and an alignment in January. After 5 days the dealer finished the maintenance but told me it would be another day for the alignment. Took my car in again in May for an inspection and the same alignment that was never done. Took them 1.5 days just to evaluate my car and another day to do the inspection and alignment. They charged over $1500 for just a front brake job. Example of their prices, the front pads (PN 8W0-698-151-BC) were invoiced to me at $398.75. The same part number has an MSRP of $295 per Audis site and Audi Columbus is charging $225. That's a 75% markup over some other dealers. I also question their labor charges. I can see on my dash cam exactly when the car went into their shop and when it came out. It was in their shop for 7.5hrs but i was charged 11.97hrs of labor on my invoice. Cherry on top is they now pass their credit card fee of 3% on to us. So when your service is several thousand dollars, its another $100+ just to pay them. This dealer has fallen so far over the past year. I think they were bought by another auto group in June 2025 so maybe that's why. Takes weeks to get an appointment, your car will be gone for a few days no matter how small the service and you'll be horribly overcharged. Go somewhere else.

Instead of honoring that agreement, I was told that if I didn't pick up the car the next day, they would rip up my deposit slip and sell the vehicle to someone else. I felt pressured into making a rushed purchase simply so the dealership could meet its sales quota. The problems didn't stop after the sale. It took nearly three months for me to receive my license plate, which was extremely frustrating. I also purchased the vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned BMW. During the purchase process, the dealership refused to replace two of the tires, claiming they were "good enough." Less than 10,000 miles later, both of those same tires developed sidewall bubbles and now require replacement. Despite this, the dealership has refused to assist. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disappointing. A luxury dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and treat customers with respect before and after the sale. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
