My husband Jacque was having trouble with a tire that had a slow leak. He called and spoke to Adam Cologne and he said he would fit him into the schedule that day. So he took it to Sewickley Audi to get checked and they found a screw in his tire. They plugged it and repaired it and he hasn't had problems with it since. I have come to Sewickley Audi for every car service and even bought my current vehicle here, but after 2 bad service visits and a huge price increase I will never come back. Took my A5 in for standard 60k maintenance and an alignment in January. After 5 days the dealer finished the maintenance but told me it would be another day for the alignment. Took my car in again in May for an inspection and the same alignment that was never done. Took them 1.5 days just to evaluate my car and another day to do the inspection and alignment. They charged over $1500 for just a front brake job. Example of their prices, the front pads (PN 8W0-698-151-BC) were invoiced to me at $398.75. The same part number has an MSRP of $295 per Audis site and Audi Columbus is charging $225. That's a 75% markup over some other dealers. I also question their labor charges. I can see on my dash cam exactly when the car went into their shop and when it came out. It was in their shop for 7.5hrs but i was charged 11.97hrs of labor on my invoice. Cherry on top is they now pass their credit card fee of 3% on to us. So when your service is several thousand dollars, its another $100+ just to pay them. This dealer has fallen so far over the past year. I think they were bought by another auto group in June 2025 so maybe that's why. Takes weeks to get an appointment, your car will be gone for a few days no matter how small the service and you'll be horribly overcharged. Go somewhere else. read more

Audi's are junk, they leak oil and are very expensive to repair. This dealership doesn't warranty the parts they sell. DO NOT BUY AN AUDI! After the warranty expires, you will spend a lot of $$ for service/repairs. Also, if you do make the mistake of buying an Audi, do not buy an extended warranty from this dealerships, they will lie about what is covered. read more

I would highly recommend asking for Adam Coliane in the service department. I needed my wheel locks changed to the standard ones because it was impossible whenever I had to get my tires or brakes changed. I had called the nearest dealership to me (strip district) for a quote on how much it would be and they said they would call me back twice, and never did. Then I figured I might as well drive a bit further to get it done and as soon as I called this dealership, the parts department gave me a quote on the bolts and the service department gave me a quote on labor and scheduled me. Adam was the service manager that gave me the quote that day and even checked me in for the service. Sometimes it's not the dealership itself, but the people that take care of you that you go for. Mike the head foreman was very honest and helpful and even agreed to do my state inspection that day so I wouldn't have to make another appointment to come back. Here is why you should consider a different Audi dealer. Long story short I brought my car here to be serviced for a coolant leak. When I got the car back I noticed that same day that the bottom splash shield was broken as I know for sure it was not before. I called the dealership the next day and I was told exactly this "Your car has X amount of miles what do you expect". Oddly not sure how this was not a standard for Audi but I expected my car to be given back to me with initial problem fixed and something else new NOT broken. In summary I'd rather drive an hour further to another Audi dealership before I go back to these lying group. I would NOT trust these guys to pour water down my kitchen sink. read more

They don't want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It's in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn't want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn't coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it's valued because it is not here. And don't bother calling corporate they're full of shit too! read more

My wife and I were looking for a CPO Audi Q5. We went to the Audi dealership in Sewickley to check out what they had. After a few minutes of checking the vehicles on the lot, a person came out, as usual, to ask if we needed help. We explained that we wanted to look at a CPO Q5. The guy said he had one in the back and would bring it up for us to look at. We stood there waiting for almost 30 minutes waiting. During that time we saw someone inside the dealership taking pictures of us, and we saw the person we spoke to going in and out of the other dealership across the street in no hurry at all to get back to us. He never came back to say it was taking longer than expected or anything. Finally, after feeling like fools, or suspected felons, we left. I'm happy to say we found our Q5 and purchased it from another dealership where we were treated like valued customers. I would not recommend Sewickley Audi to anyone due to this experience. read more

I brought a Q5 in for inspection and a list of 3 other items to be corrected. I got my car back after 3 days. My inspection was completed (which takes an hour) and nothing else was corrected. I left with my reverse light not working. Caution lights came on 30 days later. I called the dealership for an appointment. I had to call back 3 weeks later since I never got a call back. I bought my Audi from this dealership 5 years ago and the service department has been nothing but difficult. Lying to me, providing loaners that were so disgusting I was embarassed to drive it, taking 2 days for just an inspection.... the list goes on. Recently they have cancelled my service twice to install a new catalic converter and keep rescheduling. Said it would take 3-4 days to install which is ridiculous!!! Several people have said it take hours not days. I have spoken to Matt the service manager who was dismissive with me and snippy. I will be sellling my audi soon and will never buy another or go near this dealership. Avoid this place unless you want years of aggravation!!! read more

I took my Audi A6 in for a transmission and fuel pump replacement and they told me nothing was wrong with the transmission. They fixed the fuel pump and gave it back. Not even 2 weeks of having it back I got a check engine light for a evap leak and the transmission is still slipping. My Audi is currently sitting at a McDonald's parking lot broken and won't start. Coming from a truly horrible experience with another auto maker and local dealer, my expectations of purchasing a new car were quite low. I had come into this experience with a bad outlook and a bad attitude. I am sorry I did. Sewickley Audi BY FAR exceeded my expectations. While my husband had previous experience with the sales and service departments of this dealership, I had not. And although I did not, the staff at Sewickley Audi treated me as a friend, more so than a client. Knowing what they did about the terrible experience we had at the previous dealership, Sewickley Audi went far beyond my wildest expectations to make the purchase of my great, new Audi a seemless one. After being greeted by Marty Slotterback, who was probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met, we found the car we loved and took a test drive. After the test drive affirmed our love of the vehicle, we worked with Marty and Andrew to work out the specifics of the return of the faulty vehicle to the dealership who agreed to buy the vehicle back and the purchase of the new Audi. Andrew and Marty went far beyond what they had to to make this as painless of a process as possible for me. Lastly, our business and finance manager, Ken, was awesome. Each document we signed was clearly obvious and easy to understand, based on his articulation. Additionally, I am so glad we had the chance to spend time with Ken because he was able to explain our coverage options to us, which we ultimately took advantage of. Having never said this of an automotive dealership before, we are confident now in saying that we will consider an automobile from Sewickley Audi before any other based on the experience we had with Marty, Ken, and Andrew. Be warned, complete criminals. First, didn't do the recalls on my vehicle. Second, charged me 1300 to diagnose the issue with my car only to tell me they couldn't fix it. They had no idea what was wrong and when I asked what should I do next the manager, Matt told me I should trade/sell the car and hope the new buyer doesn't test drive the car. This is the advice from their management. I asked to speak to his manager and she won't return my call. The best part of this, I took the car to a different garage, and the car is completely fixed. Where to begin Well let's start at 48,000 miles on my 2015 A6. ( which is before the 50k warranty runs out). And no I didn't buy my car here. I bought it in Ohio for several thousand cheaper then around here. Started having XM radio issues called XM and for 2 months they tried to reboot, told me there was a service issue in Pittsburgh. Etc. Had a recall to take care of so made apt at Sewickly and also to address the radio issue since What XM was telling me wasn't helping. Now the car has like 53k ( I drive it for work and had several out if state trip). Dealer gave me a loaner. Which I appreciated. Fixed the recall issue ( of course). As for the radio issue. Wanted to charge me Around $1300.00 I asked them about a warranty repair since the issue happened months before and was dealing withXM as the rest of the radio functions worked fine. No dice. They wanted their $$$. Oh they did replace the antenna but only to reveal the old one was bad so they put the old one back. Said they needed a new one and had to paint it to match. I said no thanks and was calling Audi USA to ratchet it up to the next level. Took 2 weeks for a reply and got turned down. They said I didn't have a "relationship with the dealer". Really !! 2 stars. That's it. Didn't even offer to work with me on a price. It was take it it leave it. So I left it. Glad I did. I was super disappointed with this dealership. Customer service was ok but both of my loaner car was disgustingly dirty.

I really wonder that is the deal with this dealer?...Everyone there is rude and so unhappy! They have the wrong attitude towards customers and they act like they're doing you a favor by talking to you! Don't they understand that there are other Audi dealers in the city and without customers, they will be out of business? I went shopping there for my Audi because I live very close by but with this attitude I decided to leave and got great treatment and a great deal at Cochran Audi...Also, their service department is not the best either...I gave them a second chance and took my Audi there for service and they didn't even gave my car a wash! I mean, please...this is Audi... Perhaps they should go thru training to learn how to treat customers and then do some yoga or mindful meditation to get happy! read more

On 11/14/2019 I dropped off our 2016 Audi s5 for warranty work do to a coolant leak and a radio speaker issue. Audi service diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and repaired the vehicle under warranty. Upon pick up of the vehicle I noticed a gouge and long verticle scratch down the front bumper just below the passenger side head light that was not there prior to dropping the vehicle off for the warranty work. I have pictures documented showing no prior damage to the bumper prior to being dropped off for the repairs. I contacted Sewickley audi service department and they are denying all claims that the damage happened at their facility and will not fix the damage they caused. I opened a claim with the BBB and Sewickley Audi refused to respond to the BBB so this is also flagged on their BBB profile. read more

My new Audi was not even a year old and had very low mileage. I took it to Sewickley Audi with a brake issue and was told that I needed new brakes and rotors and that the warranty would not cover it. Matt, the service manager was absolutely no help and said that I could try Audi Care. Audi Care told me that this should be covered under warranty and they would investigate it. She called Matt and was told a different story. They said this was normal wear and tear. I come from an automotive background and this response was baloney! Audi Care is a joke. I spoke to a supervisor who actually talked down to me and was rather nasty! When I asked a simple technical question, he had no clue how to answer it. Audi Care does not "Care" about the customer. I have owned Audi's since 1984 and was very disappointed with Matt and Audi Care. I took my vehicle to a private shop and received excellent care. I will not be returning to Sewickley Audi. read more

Unfortunately the sales manager at this dealership either was having a bad day or is condescending and lacks the ability to politely say we don't want your business. He also doesn't enjoy the new age consumer who understand the car leasing sales setup. Times are changing and information is at the fingertips of all consumers. Definitely do not buy or lease from this dealership. You'll have a much better experience at another local dealership. My experience today at Sewickley Audi was made more than pleasurable by sales professional Colin Peck. After inquiring what he could help me with, he had the SQ5 I requested to drive brought around. He was friendly, warm and very knowledgeable, especially about the somewhat less common car I requested to drive. His mannerism is unpretentious, very professional and comfortable. He walked me through technical aspects of the car, then proceeded to guide me through an unexpectedly interesting test drive, including a beautiful stretch of winding road where I could really appreciate some of the finer points of this car's performance. I spent another 30 minutes or so with Colin back in the showroom, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. In fact, he was not the least put off when I informed him that I had no intention of buying a new SQ5, but was more interested in a used one. He took my information and let me know he would send photos of anything they get in. He even offered me a water for the road, which I gladly accepted. I can't speak to the other aspects of this this dealership's business, as I have not yet experienced them, but my experience today with Colin was excellent. I will not hesitate to give him my business when that car I'm looking for rolls onto their lot. read more

I purchased my Audi at another dealer in the area in March (that is another bad story) but this dealership is closer so I scheduled my recall work here. As soon as I got there, I was told that they were short-staffed at the service desk. The guy who helped me said it "wasn't his job",but he would check me in (he wasn't happy about it). I told him that my service light had also come on and I wasn't sure why. He said you probably need a oil change, why don't you call the dealer you bought it from and ask them to check their records? WTH - This is Audi!!! He wouldn't even make the call to the local dealer. I looked up the number (he couldn't even do that) and made the call. I added the oil change to my service. After 2-1/2 hrs, I was told that my car was ready. It was the same guy - He said "the good news is we did the oil change, but unfortunately your recall parts didn't come in today". I was told they get the parts every day, but for some reason they didn't come this day - sorry! It took them 2-1/2 hrs. to figure that out!? Once again, this is Audi!!!! You would think they would check their inventory before having people waste a morning waiting for a service that wasn't even done. When I asked about a courtesy pick-up of my car for when I rescheduled the service (instead of me wasting another day sitting there) he said, the appointment scheduler was on vacation this week, so call next week! Really- nobody can schedule an appointment until she comes back? I just wanted to get my car & go at this point. I was told it was being washed & would be right out. That took another 45 minutes. It was a frustrating experience with a rude, unhappy staff. I'll take Hyundai or Honda any day over the way I was treated today. Overall, Audi has been such a disappointment! read more

My husband and I visited this dealership looking to gain information about Audi's and possibly test drive a vehicle. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday at 4pm. They close at 5pm and so no one there was to eager to approach us- I assume because of the time and the weather was nice? Finally, a younger sales person, Ben W. spoke to us. Unfortunately, Ben came off as arrogant and condescending. He basically suggested we read the sticker to find out about the Audi without offering anything else or showing us the showroom vehicle inside etc. The final kicker came when I asked Ben W. - "We just year drove an Acura today. Can you tell me why I should buy an Audi over an Acura?" Ben W. replied " Well an Acura is basically just a Honda". Excuse me. That was the wrong answer as my family has owned over 10 Honda's due to their unbelievable reliability and value retention. With that, we left the showroom- never to return or probably not even to purchase an Audi ever. My advice- do not deal with Ben W at Sewickley Audi or better yet, do not buy an Audi here. There are plenty of other luxury lines to do business with. read more
