Not only was it difficult to understand her, or took her a long time to give me answers on colors of thread and shirts she kept going in the back to check. Once I arrived I told her the person that is 85 doesn't wear short sleeves her attitude quickly changed, she became rude and abrupt and showed me some other items. I was nice and just told her I didn't see anything the person I was getting would wear here so I asked if I bought a shirt somewhere else if I could bring pay her to embroider it she responded a sharp "NO" then disappeared in the back. I left and decided that with her attitude, and unprofessional behavior she clearly didn't want or need my business. Costumer service is a big deal to me and this place definitely doesn't have any kind of positive customer service. You don't like the selection of items or have questions expect to be treated poorly. Will not be back.
