Ngl, the reviews for this place were scary asf. I came in expecting a fight. I work on a farm and got scarred/cut up hands, crooked fingers, short-nubbin nails, etc. Everything these reviews complained about. Staff were exceptionally kind and understanding. They were friendly and patient. I requested a style that hadn't been done at the salon yet so a few of the artists came to watch. The style I requested were Stiletto Ombre Cat Eye in Silver. It was pretty empty when I came in, so I was seated immediately. Got straight to work. They took time to shape my nails, and checked in to make sure I liked the progress. An issue I see with these reviews is that some customers are looking for a quick service, but this is the kind of service that can easily take up to 3-4hrs(including wait time) even with booking, especially when it's busy. This set cost me $80 without tip. $60 for the set and $20 for special gel polish. This place was recommended by a friend and I would definitely come back. read more

So nonetheless it is my fault for going through this experience. Paid $35 for a gel manicure with an ombre effect. Polish and final product was not smooth, owner tried to tell me it is my natural nail bed. I get my nails manicured and gel polished every 3 weeks. Gel started chipping within 2 days and the owner again wanted to tell me that it's because of the oils of my natural nails. I would accept such crap if I didn't get my nails professionally done with the same service every 2 to 3 weeks. The tech furthermore accused me of picking at the gel so it would lift off my nail... She put a fluid in the bottle because there wasn't enough nail polish. Then I pay for the service because she did her job even if it was a poor job. I call directly after to say something and they handed the phone off without warning. *UPDATE... I had to stop coming here because of the lack of professionalism the owner HANNAH has!! She has a horrible attitude.. she is nasty to paying customers, especially those who have to bring their children with them! Her daughters walk all over her and although they work there, they come and go as they please and she never pays her techs on time! As a customer.. I shouldn't even know all this but you sit there getting your nails done and you hear the bickering and arguing from the nail techs!! Although Shaun is awesome, I couldn't take the RACHET environment!!! i have been coming here for their Revel dip polish and this is my 3rd time coming back. Shaun has been doing my dip polish & I love the way he does nails. He is highly requested so I strongly suggest making an appointment for him! I told him the shape I liked and that I don't like my nails too thick, he was very polite, accommodating and did a very thorough job!! I will def continue to book him. I plan to get a pedi with my hubby on my next visit. I am paying $35 each visit for the dip polish and he gets me through 3 weeks! Used to go to them all the time to get tips done by Shawn, he does amazing work, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my nails. Went in to get gel polish , the most simple thing.. started chipping and peeling in less than 5 days... went back and asked to have full set redone but they insisted on only fixing the ones that were chipped. A day or two later.. the other ones they didn't fix began to chip.. WORST GEL JOB EVER. will be looking for a new salon read more

I have only been here once, but I wanted to do a review since I see there aren't many. I was getting refills from my full set from prom and the lady told me that I shouldn't do that because it was starting to turn colors underneath my nail. I only had a few refills! But I could see that it was true, so she highly suggested I take them off instead. Which showed that she truly cared because just doing a refill would have been more money for them and less hassle probably. Only thing that was terrible was that she took the nails off without soaking it in anything, so I was totally in pain. Like really? I wish I could give them a 0, so where do I start. I set up a day of pampering for my fiancé. I visited this salon at 10am scheduled his appointment for 4pm paid $55 for a spa pedicure and left a $10tip. My fiancé gets there at 3:50pm for his 4pm appointment. I speak to him at 4:35pm and he tells me he is still waiting to be seen. I am worried because he has an appointment with another establishment at 6pm. I call the shop and advise the girl his services were scheduled for 4pm and everything is paid for he needs to be seen ASAP or else I will be coming for a refund. She tells me they are taking him back now. 5:03pm rolls around he tells me all they did was put his feet in the water but no one has given him a pedicure yet. I call the shop and tell them do not start his pedicure it is too late he has another appointment to go to and I will be there to collect my refund. The lady (who I believe is the manager) tells me they will not give a refund because he has been soaking. All they did was put his feet in water and left him sit there. She was argumentative, hung up on me all this after I paid $65 for services that should only be $30. We will never visit this place again and they've ruined my fiancé birthday experience. read more

They dipped my nails in powder (i did powder dip) about 5 times and they dipped it in the container itself, very unsanitary. My wife went inside and got our nails done yesterday my wife the got a very complex very artistic and very beautiful job done on her nails. She has crystals and diamonds and sparkles and other shiny objects on each nail with unique and flawless designs. My wife has been going here for the last 4 years and loves the conversations she has during the time she is there. She always comes back home relaxed and very satisfied with the work that's been done. She asked me to accompany her on yesterday and I went reluctantly however I experienced the same Level of service is that it's fashion that my wife had been telling me about. I went here to get my birthday nails done.. I made an appointment!!! with Hanna because my usual nail tech was out of town and i heard good things about her. My appointment was early and she was a little late. I walkd in at peak time on a Wed right after work. Got there at then after 5 and i only needed a pollish change. I was greeted very quickly and even thought there were a few people waiting and everyone had someone in their chair. I was told I wouldn't have to wait. I was sat down and had an american manire done in 10 mins flat and was under the uv dryer and out the door by 5:25!! I was in and out in 15mins!! AND my nails looked great! I was so happy as I had a 6:00 appt across town and I was able to make it in time. My friends go there and recommended the place so I though I would pop in real quick as I was desperate. Some of the workers are nice.....however the owners have poor customer service so this overshadows the good people who work there.
