I've been going to Seychelles for years. I recently went in for a change from blonde to brunette and the color came out beautifully! I noticed that a few weeks after I had it colored my blonde was coming bath through which was totally normal! I contacted Stacy and she shipped me some shampoo to help get my color back to normal. Nicole was fantastic! Took my sister in law in for a pedicure and I got one as well. Nicole went back and forth between the two of us- doing a few steps with one person then switching and doing the same steps for the other person. This made for a very enjoyable experience. The owner is flat out crazy. The smallest things seem to set her off. Disagree with her in any way and she'll belittle you and talk/scream over you. I could not believe the way this women talked to people, both staff and customers. Immature. Controlling. Entitled. No real sense of good customer service. Stuck up. Alli is the best stylist!! She always listens and asks what you're looking to do and makes suggestions she thinks would work with your hair. Amy always greets you with a hello.
