I quickly became overwhelmed once I started unpacking the table and decided that I needed a professional to do the job. I hopped onto Yelp and looked up Furniture Assembly in my area and decided to give this place a shot. Frank picked up his phone right away and I sent him a photo of the table so that he was able to provide a quote. He quoted me a fair price and told me he'd be able to come ASAP, so I had him come by today. It took him all of 15 minutes to put it together! I think I spent more time actually cleaning my furniture lol. Frank is very professional and I enjoyed our conversation as he assembled my table. He sent me a text at 2:15PM that he got caught up at another job- although 2+ hours later, I wanted to give him a break as this scenario is very understandable in this field. That being said, I decided to reschedule to give him another shot. I made an appointment for the following Monday at 11:30AM and received a text at 11:30AM that he was in traffic. He asked if 12:00PM would be OK. Of course, no big deal- I'm already home for the appointment regardless. Come 1:00PM (another hour later) and I had both called/texted him and had yet to receive a reply as to whether or not he'd be coming at all. He texted me at 1:15PM saying he was leaving in 10 minutes to come to my house (from a local town). This was a bit frustrating as I had blocked off time from work to be home at 11:30AM, as per the original plan. He quoted us via text and I asked for the information formally (via email) as per my insurance providers request and I never heard back- ever. Maybe he didn't want the job... After a few more quotes I have to admit his was substantially higher (more than double) every other quote we received. Even though he had 1 5 star review, I felt good about giving this contractor a shot. Unfortunately, we wasted 2 afternoons accommodating for his arrival. We will not be trying back in the future.

We had some other quotes but felt that he was the best person for the job after some consideration. We eventually decided on a porcelain floor, so Pascal and one of his workers came in and installed it in just under a weeks time (about 520sq ft). He was a gentleman to say the least and they made to sure to check with us before they did everything. they used a laser for the floor to make sure it was level and double checked patterns with us as well before any work was performed.
